Jamie Lee Curtis, who took home the trophy for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role for Everything, Everywhere, All At Once, stated during her acceptance speech that she received her SAG card when she was 19 years old, signed a seven-year contract with Universal Studios, and went on to star in an ABC TV series called 'Operation Petticoat,' wherein her father, Tony Curtis—nepo baby!—starred. Jamie claimed that when she was dismissed from the TV show a year later, she assumed her life was over.

The actress went on to say that she is wearing the wedding ring her father gave to her mother, adding that they disliked each other, but her sister Kelly and she were born out of love. Jamie asserted that her father was from Hungary and her mother was from Denmark and that they had nothing before being these monstrous stars in the industry they adored. The actress admitted that both of her parents were actors, and she married an actor. Jamie mentioned that she loves actors, acting, and the jobs they get to do, in addition to being a member of a crew and a cast. She adores the things they do together: it's such a lovely job.

Jamie continued that she knows that so many industry professionals who are actors aren't able to perform this job, and they look at nights like this and wonder if it's ever going to happen for them," adding that she comprehends that now people look at her and think, well, she's a Nepo baby, which is why she's there, but the reality is that she is 64 years old and this is just incredible.

F. Murray Abraham accepted the award for Outstanding Ensemble Performance in a Drama Series for The White Lotus on behalf of the cast, saying that the tv series was the best job he'd ever had and that he began working with some of the most impressive and marvelous actors. The actor also commended creator Mike White and executive producers David Bernad and Mark Kamine for constructing a global cast of technicians and actors.

Murray explained that the cast and crew became closer while filming in Sicily, Italy because they all lived in the same place, ate together, and worked together, noting that this is true not only for the actors but also for the entire company. Abraham then changed the subject to draw attention to recent global tragedies. He said that he would like to pray for earthquake victims in Syria and Turkey, as well as for peace in Ukraine and Russia, and ended his speech with a shout-out to SAG-AFTRA, shouting, "Union forever!" Onstage, Abraham was joined by the season 2 cast of The White Lotus, which included best actress in a drama series winner Jennifer Coolidge.

Congratulations to the winners.
