There was never a season two of Rob and Chyna.

Jeff Jenkins, who is the former co-president of Bunim-Murray and executive producer of the 2016 reality show "Rob and Chyna", testified in Los Angeles Court on Friday in an ongoing defamation trial of Blac Chyna against the Kardashians and Jenners.

According to Blac Chyna, although she testified that she never received a letter or contract from the network that her show had been picked up for season two, she added that they were filming, which she thought was for season two and the Kar-Jenners got it canceled. She sued Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner for interfering with her deals, which cost her a lot of emotional and financial setbacks.

However, in court, Jeff Jenkins stated that the network was not interested in filming another season of 'Rob and Chyna' and they never announced that there would be a season two of the show. One of the reasons why the network was not interested because of the hostility Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna shared. Jeff Jenkins also mentioned during his testimony that he pitched a show featuring Blac Chyna to the network like MTV, BET, VH1, but they were not interested to pick the show.

Jeff Jenkins, who testified via Zoom call from his home in San Pedro, California, said that since there was no more "Rob and Chyna," he would not pick the show. He further mentioned that when he met the former couple for season one, Blac Chyna came off as a witty person while Rob Kardashian came off as a person who was happy in his relationship, so the network thought that this relationship could be very interesting and exciting for the audience to watch, but he added that it was the first and last time he saw the couple happy.

Jeff Jenkins also described that it was really hard for the crew to shoot with the former couple, especially when they were not even talking to each other, which started when they started filming the show. Jeff shared that Blac was furious with Rob Kardashian and Rob was furious with her, and it was tough to shoot that they had to appear that they were in love when they were not even talking to each other.

The former executive producer mentioned that, after some encouragement, the former couple agreed to seek professional help as couples therapy and individual therapy, but it was very difficult to shoot with them together as they couldn’t even be in the same room and were disgusted by each other’s presence.

Jeff recalled the 2016 fight incident and said that he remembers meeting Kris Jenner at her house shortly after someone voiced their concern about the incident, and Blac Chyna was not present at the meeting. The producer’s testimony rebuttals Blac Chyna’s claims that the family interfered with her deals and used their influence to kill the show, which the family has been denying since 2017.

Blac Chyna is suing Kris JennerKim KardashianKhloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner for more than $100 million in damages for slander and breach of contract, which she claims resulted in the cancellation of the "Rob & Chyna" program after just one season.

The proceedings on Friday ended two and a half hours early after Blac Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani told the judge that she was not feeling well. The trial resumes on Monday.
