Beanie Feldstein and Bonnie Chance Roberts are engaged.

Beanie Feldstein is engaged to her longtime girlfriend Bonnie Chance Roberts, and the actress announced the news on her social media with a heartwarming post with sharing pictures from the proposal with a sweet caption that read ,'I do, bon'.

The pictures shared by Beanie showcase that the proposal took place in the backyard, which was beautifully decorated with flowers and lights, and Beanie Feldstein donned a pink checkered dress, while Bonnie Chance Roberts can be seen wearing a tan jacket, black pants, and boots.

After the proposal, the couple celebrated their engagement with family and friends, and Jonah Hill, Beanie Feldstein’s brother, was also an attendant at their intimate celebration, along with her close friends Ben Platt, and Kaitlyn Dever, and Molly Gordon.

The newly engaged couple met while working on a movie, How to Build a Girl in 2019, where Bonnie Chance Roberts produced the movie and Beanie Feldstein starred in it. They made their red carpet debut as a couple in December 2019 at the "Cats" movie premiere in New York.

In March 2019, Beanie Feldstein opened up during a panel with SXSW that the representation for her in the movie "Booksmart" was needed or essential because her partner is a woman, and she said what an incredible thing their movie is doing. Beanie Feldstein added that if she thought she could have seen the movie earlier, she would have found herself a bit sooner. She also shared with People that she loves the fact that the love story portrayed in Booksmart does not make a big deal about the character's being gay.

Beanie Feldstein added at the time that it’s not just about representation but about how one is representing and the form of representing, and added that Booksmart asks the question of what happens after a teenager comes out. That is the story they wanted to tell, according to Beanie, who also emphasized the film's only queer love scene's radical character. She asserted that by doing this, they are asking for this to be accepted as the norm and that it is crucial to illustrate queer sexuality and enable heterosexual people to identify with it.

During an interview with Vogue in April, Beanie Feldstein called Bonnie Chance Roberts the best thing that has ever happened to her and added that when someone comes into your life and sort of shifts the tectonic plates in such a crazy and wonderful way, there is no question left for the person that they are going to be open about it. Beanie Feldstein sent a message on social media on Bonnie's 30th birthday saying that she believes Bonnie is made of magic and that she is the girl with the warmest heart, the most vivid imagination, and the most remarkable mind.

Beanie shared with Bustle last year that she is ready to settle down and mentioned that probably sixteen years from now she hopes to be living in New York City or London, married to her girlfriend, and have babies and puppies running around while they both make movies, shows, and plays that feel meaningful and exciting and profound.

Currently, the lead actress in the Broadway production of Funny Girl, Beanie Feldstein recently played Monica Lewinsky in Impeachment: American Crime Story. After recently testing positive for COVID, she had to miss several performances, but she has already taken back her position as Fanny Brice, which she will continue to play through the end of September.

Love and wishes have been pouring in for the couple from the industry along with the fans who are thrilled with the news.

Congratulations to the happy and newly engaged couple.
