Bella Hadid talks about her chronic battle with morning anxiety.

Model Bella Hadid documented her mental health and how it impacts her at the beginning of the day on her TikTok account. She said she has the worst morning anxiety ever, and she is interested in going online to hold herself accountable for her morning ritual, as well as to show everyone how f-king dumb she looks at times during the morning when she does her morning positive affirmation and tries to get her morning ritual done. It usually doesn't work due to her being so anxious.

Bella explained that her anxious thoughts overpower her at times, causing her to doubt the affirmations she recites. She says that she was just interested in showing everyone how stupid she feels when she is laying here and asked people to not assume anything because she is going to tell it. Bella Hadid said that she says to herself that she is going to have an incredible day and she is not going to let her anxiety get the best of her. The supermodel said that she reminds herself that she is cherished and not everyone despises her.

The model continues that there's also that one percent that, occasionally, is just worth it, and she rides on that one percent on her fight with being human 99 percent of the time. Bella decided to share that she often relies on professional success to distract herself from these thoughts, which she is working to change explaining that when she is diligently working, her achievements in life usually make her feel better, which is incredibly unhealthy. Bella said she is just trying to improve her state of mind naturally.

This isn't the first time Bella has spoken openly about her mental health. In 2021, she shared a series of photos of herself crying on Instagram, which she had previously sent to her doctor and her mother, Yolanda Hadid, to interact with how she was beginning to feel during depressive episodes.

She explained to Wall Street Journal Magazine for the My Monday Morning series in 2022 that when she was depressed, her mother or doctor would ask how she was, and instead of responding in text, she would send them a photo. Bella explained that it was the simplest thing for her to do at the time because she could never express how she felt and she'd be in excruciating and incapacitating mental and physical pain and had no idea why. That was over three years.

Bella Hadid said that she had posted them to let anyone who was feeling that way know that they were not alone. So although things appear to be so gorgeous on Instagram, at the end of the day, the model says that people are all cut out of the same cloth and she felt that it was simply good for her to be capable of expressing her truth, and she ultimately lost the ability to post nice pictures. Bella says she was done with it.

Last March, she opened up about her hardships in a cover story for Vogue's April 2022 issue, detailing how analogies to her older sister and fellow model, Gigi Hadid, affected her self-esteem, Bella said that she was considered the ugly sister and unfortunately when someone is told something so many times, they just believe it adding that she eventually chose to become a good actress who could mask her struggles while working in a business that either dismisses or accelerates them.

Bella concluded that it was to make sure that anybody who was feeling that way knew it was OK to feel that way. Bella said of posting those photos to Instagram, an app that frequently serves as a highlight reel of seemingly perfect moments.
