Lisa Marie Presley passed away at the age of 54.
American singer and songwriter, Lisa Marie Presley, and the only daughter of late Elvis and Priscilla Presley died on Thursday at the age of 54 in Los Angeles. On January 12, 2023, she was taken to the hospital after suffering a full cardiac arrest at her home in Calabasas, California.
A representative of the family shared a statement that read Priscilla Presley and the Presley family are astounded and heartbroken by the unfortunate loss of their beloved Lisa Marie while adding that they were profoundly thankful for the support, love, and prayers of fans all over the world. The statements say with the family requested personal space during this trying time.
Priscilla Presley also released a statement to People magazine, saying that she has to share the news that her lovely daughter Lisa Marie Presley has passed away with a heavy heart. She continued by stating that Lisa Marie was among the most enthusiastic, powerful, and loving women she had ever known, and she requested privacy as the family dealt with the devastating loss.
According to a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, paramedics did respond to the 5900 block of Normandy Drive in Calabasas to treat a woman in her 50s who was struggling to breathe. They continued that when the ambulance reached the location, they did begin CPR and, after noticing signs of life, they took the call to transfer the woman to a nearby hospital for "urgent medical care." The unit was sent out to the address for a cardiac arrest call, according to a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
Lisa Marie Presley attended the 2023 Golden Globe Awards on Tuesday, where she supported director Baz Luhrmann's Elvis, and while talking to the audience, she said she loved actor Austin Butler, who managed to win the award for Best Actor in Drama for his excellent performance as Elvis Presley in Elvis.

Lisa Marie married Chicago-based musician Danny Keough in October 1988, with whom she shared two children Riley and Benjamin. The couple divorced in May 1994, after five years and a half of marriage and Lisa Marie married singer Michael Jackson less than a month later, whom she initially met at one of her late father's Las Vegas live performances while she was 7 and the King of Pop still a member of the Jackson Five. Lisa Marie stated at the time that she loves Michael and would devote her life to being his wife and that she understands and supports him. Lisa finally stated that they are both excited about starting a family.
Back in 2000, Elvis Presley's daughter was briefly engaged to Hawaiian-born musician John Oszajca, but their relationship ended when she met movie star Nicolas Cage at a Johnny Ramone birthday party in 2000 when he was estranged from Patricia Arquette. Lisa Marie and Nicolas Cage married two years later in a private ceremony in Hawaii on the 25th anniversary of Elvis' death.
However, the couple announced their divorce less than four months after their marriage ceremony.Lisa Marie married Michael Lockwood for the fourth time in 2006, and the pair had twin daughters, Harper and Finley, two years later. Lisa said that she keeps them close to her and ensures that they are happy and healthy. In 2021, Lisa Marie and Michael Lockwood finalized their divorce.
Lisa Marie's son Benjamin Keough committed suicide in 2020 at the age of 27, and she revealed that she worshiped the ground he walked on, both on earth and now in heaven. She said that her heart and soul went with him and without him, the depth of the pain is suffocating and bottomless every moment of every day. It was reported that she had been in a very bad state after Benjamin's passing.
