Gabby Windey and Erich Schwer pursuing individual interests but all is okay.
Gabby Windey and Erich Schwer, who got engaged at the finale of The Bachelorette, are reportedly pursuing their own interests while being supportive for each other from a distance.
Gabby, who is currently competing on Dancing with the Stars, was recently asked as she appeared on Fox News if she and her fiancé Erich Schwer were still together or not, to which she said that life is just really busy for both of them right now, so she understands the concern but clarified that they are just sort of going forward with each of their interests and supporting each other from a distance.
Fans began to speculate about the couple's relationship status after Gabby Windey was spotted without her engagement ring on the ABC series and Erich Schwer was absent from the Dancing with the Stars ballroom, but he did show his support for his fiancée on social media.
Talking about Erich Schwer’s ballroom appearances, Gabby Windey opened up about Erich Schwer’s feelings about her weekly ballroom dance numbers with partner Val Chmerkovskiy. Gabby stated that Erich was supportive after the Michael Bublé themed night and that she believes it is a learning experience for all of them, asserting that they have never been in the arena they are in now, but it was fun having Jenna come into the auditions room and instruct her and learn from her.
Gabby added that Erich has been extremely supportive towards her new journey and she is extremely happy to have his support that motivates her everyday, describing that he comprehends that this is an achievement with a goal. She told reporters in September that it was incredible to have Erich Schwer observing her from the audience. She went on to say how exciting it was for her to perform for him and for him to see a new aspect of her that they don't get to see every day.
Erich Schwer, who is not on the show, even joined in on the fun, kissing Gabby Windey when she and her dance partner Val Chmerkovskiy did perform the Viennese waltz to Elvis Presley's "Can't Help Falling In Love." Erich Schwer was informed he would be a component of the performance, according to Gabby Windey, and that it was the ideal place for a beautiful dance.
Gabby Windey revealed on the Chicks in the Office podcast in September that their relationship is different after questions about Erich's text message scandal were raised. She went on to say that they have gotten along well now and praised her fiance for never being defensive. Gabby explained that whenever they fight or argue, it is simply a miscommunication, and he is always like she is right and he understands her point of view, which is a positive indication in a partner that he is ready to work hard with her.
Dancing with the Stars episodes air live on Disney+ on Mondays at 8 p.m. ET (5 p.m. PT).
