Love always wins!

Actor Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet who announced their separation last month via social media posts are reportedly giving their relationship another chance and are living together to work on their issues.

According to a source close to the couple, the Aquaman actor decided to move back in with Lisa Bonet about two weeks ago and they seemed like they are pretty much back together. The source added, “They decided to work on things rather than throw in the towel because they have so much invested in each other.” The couple share two teenage kids Lola and Nakoa-Wolf who are equally excited for the fact that their parents have decided to give their marriage another chance and just like everyone else, the kids are also hoping that Jason and Lisa would repair the damaged part of their marriage.

The couple that started dating almost 16 years ago got married in 2017 and has been married for five years. Jason Momoa had shared during an interview with James Corden that he had a crush on Lisa Bonet when he was eight years old after watching her play Denise Huxtable on the ‘The Cosby Show’ in the 1980s. A source close to Jason Momoa had stated, “Lisa is, and always has been, the only woman that Jason has ever loved.”

In a joint statement, the couple said on Jason Momoa’s social media, “We have all felt the squeeze and changes of these transformational times… A revolution is unfolding ~and our family is of no exception… feeling and growing from the seismic shifts occurring. And so~ We share our Family news~ That we are parting ways in marriage. We share this not because we think it’s newsworthy ~ But so that~ as we go about our lives we may do so with dignity and honesty.” The couple further stated in the announcement that the love between them will carry on and their connection will keep evolving in ways it wishes to be known and loved. They lastly added, “We free each other ~to be who we are learning to become…Our devotion unwavering to this sacred life & our Children […] Teaching our Children What’s possible.” The actor deleted the post of their separation announcement just a few weeks after it was posted.

The reason for the split is known to be the distance between them as Jason Momoa’s career has paced up since he appeared as the Aquaman and the busy schedule of the actor took a toll on his marriage. The source close to them added at the time, “Jason has been incredibly busy making films and, because of this, there are periods of time where he must go a week, or more, without seeing his family. During this time, Lisa has to bear the full brunt of parenting and it just gets hard on her sometimes. They don’t use nannies or help. Luckily, their kids are now 13 and 14 years old so it is getting easier.” A source close to the couple had shared with People in January that the couple did not just decide to go their separate ways overnight.

Before the separation announcement, Lisa Bonet in an interview magazine feature dropped some hints about how things around here have taken a toll on her. She shared at the time, “Definitely learning how to be authentically me, learning to be new, and following this invitation from the universe to step into this river of uncertainty. We’ve eliminated all this extra noise, and now it’s time to grow our roots deeper into our own values.” She further stated, “The revolution is definitely here and we’re all feeling the squeeze. If you aren’t, you’re in total denial, and the more you resist, the more you will suffer. Everything is crumbling out there. The personal work understands where empire and those archetypes live within us. The revolution is on the inside, and learning to be new in this new world.”

Talking about the relationship Jason Momoa shares with Lisa Bonet and Lenny Kravitz’s daughter Zoë Kravitz is a good and healthy one. Zoë Kravitz is close to her parents and her stepfather as well and when their separation was announced it was reported that she was sad about the split but being a mature adult she understand the situation and hoped for Jason and her mother Lisa to find their happiness.
