All set to make her debut in Hollywood’s most popular and successful franchise in its history, Marvel Cinematic Universe as the female version of Marvel’s sharpshooter Hawkeye also known as Clint Barton, who is one of few members from the original Avengers team to star in Phase 4 of the franchise, the 24-year-old young talent Hailee Steinfield, who is at the peak of her acting career after she starred in the comedy-drama The Edge of Seventeen released in 2016 which earned her Golden Globe Award and Critics' Choice Movie Award with follow-up roles in super hit movies and television shows like Bumblebee released in 2018 and Dickinson released in 2019.

During a recent discussion at a virtual press conference regarding her upcoming Disney+ series Marvel Studios Hawkeye, the plot largely focuses on her as she tries to step into the boots of Kate Bishop with mentoring by Clint Barton, the Spider-Man and Into The Spider-Verse actress reflected the difference between her newest role of Kate Bishop that the fans and followers are very eager to see in action and her another Marvel superhero role of Gwen Stacy also known as Spider-Woman in 2018 released Sony Pictures produced superhero animated flicker, directed Bob Persichetti, Peter Ramsey, and Rodney Rothman.

“It’s incredibly cool [to have played two Marvel heroes]. And I feel so honored to be a part of both projects. But I think they’re characters that have similarities, but they’re very different. And, of course, one is animation and one is not. And two completely different worlds."

Steinfeld went on to clarify that a lot of her roles "have this sort of consistency" in being "young women who are strong-minded,” Steinfield said at the press conference, explaining while one of her heroes [Gwen Stacy] is animated and the other[Kate Bishop] is live-action but how each of the Marvel characters is equally important for her as she is one of those few names who has got the opportunity to play two Marvel heroes in altogether different worlds.

She added, elaborating that lot of roles she portrayed on-screen has some level of consistency where she finds out that these roles represent the stronger side of women and “a point of view” that subscribes to the fact that if they want to achieve something they do everything to have it."I always love that I do find the characters that I have played in the past do have this sort of consistency in being these young women who are strong-minded, have a point of view, have an idea of who they are in this world, and they really stop at nothing to get what they want to achieve. And I think that both Gwen Stacy and Kate Bishop prove that if you set your mind to something, you can really achieve great things.”

Marvel Studios Hawkeye will feature a diverse cast such as Jeremy Renner in the role of Clint Barton, Hailee Steinfeld in the role of Kate Bishop / Hawkeye, Tony Dalton in the role of Jack Duquesne, Zahn McClarnon in the role of William Lopez, Brian d'Arcy James, Alaqua Cox in the role of Maya Lopez also known as Echo, Florence Pugh in the role of Yelena Belova also know as Black Widow.
