Hailey Bieber revealed during a candid interview with Harper's Bazaar that her loving husband Justin Bieber is still the guy she wants to run back to no matter where she is. The reason, according to Hailey, is that they both made the same efforts and felt like running back to each other, being there for each other at the end of the day. It does take a lot of work to make a relationship or a marriage work, she said, adding that she understands that ultimately the kids will enter the picture, and it will be a whole other season of figuring out how to make that work. At the end of the day, she said, Justin Bieber is her best friend and her home.
Both the couple and the officiant have previously acknowledged that it takes a lot of effort from both parties to make the marriage work. The pair got married in a courtroom ceremony in 2018 then again with a more formal celebration the following year. According to the beauty entrepreneur, getting married is not something that two people do after figuring things out rather than its the other way around.
During the interview, Hailey said that she simply believes that their lives are changing constantly and cited the fact that both of them had serious health scares in the previous six months. However, she added that being with and in love makes it easier as they eventually learn how to deal with such issues as they arise. She said that the phrase "for better or worse" is used for a reason because it's true.
The couple's relationship strengthened and elevated as a result of his constant presence at Hailey Bieber's side during her health scare in March, according to the sources. It was clear that he would remain by her side through thick and thin and ensure that she is cared for and supported in every way. A few months later, when Justin disclosed that he had been identified as having Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, which resulted in facial paralysis, the marriage was put to the test once more. This is not the first time Hailey has talked about the work the couple has to put into their union. Hailey Bieber claimed that she is only striving to handle things properly and develop a good relationship. The businesswoman noted that she wanted people to understand that while the two were young and still learning, they were coming from a genuine place. Hailey declared that it would be difficult and that she would not continue to pretend that everything happened in magical fantasy. She said that it's a decision an individual doesn't experience constantly. In any case, there's something lovely about wanting to stand up for something and start a relationship with someone, Hailey continued.
She mentioned that their youth is a frightening fact and they will undergo significant transformation as time passes by. However, both Hailey and Justin are dedicated to developing as a team and helping one another through these transitions. That is how she sees it and he is also, ultimately, her best friend and they have not been sick of each other yet.
Hailey's memories of her father Stephen Baldwin were aroused by Justin's experience. In November 2021, she revealed on a podcast episode of "In Good Faith with Chelsea & Judah Smith" that she had contacted her mother a few times, including once when they were in Brooklyn. She had been crying while on the phone, and Hailey had said to her mother that she finds the situation hard and feels like she just can't do it. Added Hailey, she simply believed she was part of it, though and she decided something that she had loved this guy for a very long time, and she was certain that now was not the time to give up on him. Hailey asserted that she simply wouldn't treat him that way and added that she could picture leaving someone amid the hardest moment of their life. That kind of person is not her, because of this, she decided to persevere no matter what happened. It was challenging. There were times when she expressed uncertainty about whether he would be OK and claimed that she felt something in her soul that said that ‘He’s going to be through it', but she just didn’t know how long it was going to take.
