Michael B. Jordan recently hosted Saturday Night Live for the first time, and he introduced himself by saying that his name is Michael B. Jordan, but tonight, Michael will be hosting. Mikey stated that he may seem so as if he was born in a library, but there is one thought you should know: Merrick Garland does not end up making the joke about Donald Trump's lawyer having to put a horse head in his bed. Mikey, who played Merrick, declared that he is the law as he called up FBI agents Kenan Thompson, Nwodim, and Bow Yang to provide updates on the interrogations. The cold open concluded with a brief appearance of current affairs, with Thompson's representative suggesting that the FBI "head down to Memphis and make absolutely sure justice has been served," a reference to the fatal police beating of Tyre Nichols.
