The star of the 2022 Grammys was Jon Batiste, who took home five accolades from the awards event. He was closely followed by Silk Sonic, winning the titles for Record and Song of the Year, along with Best R&B Performance and Best R&B Song.

Newcomer Olivia Rodrigo also managed to create quite a mark at the event and won three Grammy Awards for Best New Artist, Best Pop Vocal Album, and Best Pop Solo Performance.
