"Vanderpump Rules" star Lala Kent is getting real about her breakup with ex-fiancé Randall Emmett, which happened in October 2021. The couple ended their three-year engagement, and Lala is now focusing on their daughter, Ocean's well-being. The couple got engaged in 2018 and were supposed to get married in April 2020, but because of COVID-19, they decided to postpone their marriage.

During Lala’s podcast episode that aired on December 1, 2021, she addressed the breakup in layers without mentioning that why she had decided to split from Randall. Lala said, "You know, there are certain things that can be discussed. And there are certain things that go a little deeper that I will answer to the best of my ability. I know that I mess up sometimes, but I am very proud of my evolution. And when I look in the mirror, I know that I am a good human being, and that’s good enough for me. "

Lala Kent told her podcast listeners that she believes in taking accountability, adding that she tries to take responsibility whenever she feels that she has behaved in a certain way that had upset others. She added, "I feel like I should be a little more concerned about it. I’m actually feeling really peaceful. Who knows? As the holiday gets closer, I may start realizing, ‘Holy s–t.' "

It was reported during the same time that Randall Emmett wanted to talk to Lala and make things work but she was done. The rumors of cheating were surrounding their relationship.

But now she has revealed in her latest episode of the "Give Them Lala" podcast that after knowing the facts and truth she feels like a "disposable" post her breakup with her ex-fiancé Randall Emmett. She said, "Every day I find something new that makes me feel like, 'Lala, you were so disposable the whole time. You meant nothing.... You were a possession, a shiny object and nothing more. And I have to be OK with that. "

Without taking Randall’s name in her podcast, Lala Kent shared, "He whose name we shall not mention—treats everyone as if they are nothing more than just a possession, and that... makes me sick daily." Learning what I learn and doing my best to keep my f–king mouth shut for my daughter, not saying a word about what I know, can be torturous. And I have to sit and say, ‘The universe will do its thing.’

Lala Kent wiped the pictures of Randall Emmett from her Instagram account in the initial days of October which sparked the rumors of the breakup. Randall Emmett and Lala Kent met after a meeting in December 2015; Randall was going through a divorce with Ambyr Childers.

Lala recalled the early stages of romance during an interview with Cosmopolitan in 2018, "That will go down as one of the toughest times in my entire life. I was just so madly in love with this person, and it was so different from anyone I had ever dated before, and so my feelings got hurt when people spoke about the money aspect because that’s never really been my type of personality to go for such shallow things. He’s my best friend. He takes care of my heart and my soul. That’s important when you’re in a relationship. You have to marry your best friend. What’s better than being able to have sex with your best friend? "

The TV personality addressed the cheating allegations against Randall Emmett, which are considered one of the reasons why the couple broke up and ended their three-year engagement. Lala said, "I found out about the pictures of his name, which we shall not mention, and the Nashville girls. And I decided on October 20th, the day of my book signing, that I was going to change my tattoo from ‘Rand’ to "bRand new. The ‘bRand new’ tattoo is such a vibe. It's just such a fun thing to say, ‘Like, I'm brand new” … and it's in my handwriting — and I am brand new. With everything that's going on, my mind is right, you know? … Boss ass bitch."  On Wednesday, she admitted that each new thing that she learned about her ex was like a punch in the gut, but she is trying to be positive about the future. "The breakup is not going to take me out. I’ll be damned. The universe will do its thing. The universe always reveals people’s truths," she added.

Lala’s entire focus right now is to protect "Ocean Kent," her daughter, whom she shares with Randall Emmett, and said, "The only truth I feel that existed in my relationship was me and my daughter Ocean." That is where the truth ends. That is a hard pill to swallow." The Vanderpump Rules star also got in detail about the engagement ring that Emmett gave her and recalled a conversation Randall and her mom had that made her curious about her diamond engagement ring.

The conversation Randall and Lala’s mother had was related to how some rappers take shit diamonds and make them pretty, and upon further investigation, she claimed that the ring she used to wear on her finger was "fake". She further explained that after finding the GIA certificate, the jeweler told the TV star that the diamond had been treated by one or more processes to change its color, that the diamond was "mostly brown," and that its worth was "in the teens" and not in six figures.

Lala continued, "I love any type of ring that is given and has sentimental value. I don't care if it was $100, I don't care if it was $100 million—I don't. No wonder he, whose name we shall not mention, flew in four times; he had to make sure the s---brown diamond was clear! It just was like, "Wow, there's not one piece of the five years I was with this person that has been truthful and honest. If I'm allowed to get rid of it, that's what I want to do. I don't want it to be a pendant. I don't want this thing in my home. It's bad ju-ju. "

The Vanderpump Rules star appeared on Melissa Gorga’s PodcastOne show, "Melissa Gorga on Display," where she addressed how hard the breakup has been on her, stating, "I often wonder where I'm getting strength from, and obviously, I see my daughter, and I know exactly where my strength is coming from." She also added that she wonders, "just how I could feel so safe with someone and have a conversation about starting a family. And him making me feel safe enough to bring this beautiful, innocent life into the world is hard. It haunts me—like I said—daily. "

Lala Kent also mentioned that her breakup had also led her to find her faith and said that sometimes in life, one hits a certain point where the only option left is to hand it over to God. "No one in the world's going to make this okay, and you need a higher power. My relationship with my higher power and the universe right now is extremely profound, and I'm grateful for it because when it becomes too much—I mean, I'm telling you, God takes over. I sleep well at night, "she added.

A source close to the couple revealed that the breakup was initiated from Lala’s end and that she did not want to work things out with Randall but just focused on being a good mother to Ocean and is looking forward to a brighter future. Lala has already filmed season 9 of Vanderpump Rules and shared that none of the co-stars reach out to her to know how was she doing. She added, “I didn’t hear from one person on my cast except for Raquel Leviss to say, ‘Hope you’re doing OK'.That was very telling for me. … I’m not saying that this group of my friends are bad people in any way. Just because I’m going through something doesn’t mean the world stops. … But I was visibly upset on the reunion, and for not one of them except for my little Bambi to reach out and say, ‘I just want to say I’m sorry for what you’re going through,’ was, like I said, eye-opening.”
