Kim K feels "relief."

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been able to finally reach an agreement regarding their divorce proceedings, which has brought their lengthy divorce to an end. According to a source familiar with the reality TV star, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West had several preliminary disagreements which they were now able to resolve. Kanye ultimately agreed to most of the things he had earlier opposed and now as Kim Kardashian moves on from the settlement drama and looks forward to focusing on the kids and herself.

The sources also stated that Kim Kardashian has been concerned about her ex-husband because as she had mentioned that he will always be her family and because of it she has been saying prayers for Kanye West to finally agree to resolve their divorce because it's been such a struggle for him. So, of course, this is a huge relief; she’s so ready to step into this new chapter of her life. The sources did note, however, that amidst the relief, Kim still experiences some melancholy feelings. There is also sadness, based on the source, and she wishes that things had turned out differently. Kanye West had shared previously on various occasions that he does not want his family to split and would like to work on the issues to make them one again along with stating that he will always love Kim

The beauty mogul has always expressed that going through divorce proceedings with Ye has been stressful for her but now, she feels as if she doesn't acknowledge the person Kanye has become; it's insufferably upsetting for her to see him like this. The insider also stated that, despite Kim's outrage and anger, she will proceed to have an interaction with the rapper because he is the father of her children; she must find a way to maintain peace with him for the sake of her children. According to the source, Kim can see that Kanye West is good with the kids and the fact that the children enjoy their time with their dad, she desires them to have a strong relationship with him, and she goes out of her way to facilitate that. She has always said in her interviews that she would never like to demean or trash talk about Kanye because she knows that things stay online and she does not want her kids to have a bad image of their father.

According to a second KarJenner source, the Kardashians star can breathe a little easier sigh of relief following her divorce from Kanye. They described that Kim can eventually sigh with relief that this is finally over along with her entire family who has seen her stressed throughout the proceedings. They said that she's grateful to have been able to reach an agreement, and she can now focus on other aspects of her life. From here on out, it's all about progress. Kim is pleased with the outcome of the settlement, according to a third source close to the Sports Illustrated cover model. Kim is satisfied with the result of the divorce, but it caused her to reflect on their entire relationship, along with how she felt concerning Kanye before getting married versus how she feels presently.

The insider added that the SKIMS founder adores the family they've created together and is eternally grateful for it but she cannot overlook the fact that Kanye has altered so much from the man she was in love with, and she is aware that she's also changed

Kanye ensured that he has equitable rights to the children for all events such as birthdays, etc. in terms of child custody. He clearly stated this as a result of the drama surrounding Chicago's 4th birthday. Kim was happy to meet him in the midst of all of this, they indicated. Kim and the Grammy winner have three other children, including North West, Saint West, and Psalm West. Finally, Ye is required to pay Kim $200,000 in child support each month, in addition to paying 50% of their children's educational and security expenses. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West both agreed to forego spousal support.

According to a source, although Kim and Kanye share custodians of the children, Kim is the primary caretaker, and they negotiated that Kanye must communicate to Kim personally about any concerns rather than posting them online because she is particularly worried about the kid's welfare. Kim hopes that co-parenting will be extremely easy in the future because they agreed to use the consultation to resolve child-related disagreements. If neither party participates, the other party has the jurisdiction to resolve the dispute by default.

The assets of the couple, including their home, will be divided following the terms of their pre-nup. Kim Kardashian filed for separation from Kanye West in February 2021, after nearly seven years of marriage. Months later, in December, the beauty mogul filed for divorce. She also suggested that child parental rights and assets issues be kept separate from her marriage status, as well as the restoration of her maiden name.
