In October 2021, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker proposed to Keeping Up With Kardashians alum and Poosh founder Kourtney Kardashian after less than a year of dating at the Rosewood Miramar resort in Montecito, California, in a romantic setting complete with dozens of red roses and white candles. She said yes, showcasing the giant rock on her finger to her followers via social media. The couple also shot the entire proposal for their upcoming Hulu show, and the entire family was a part of their celebration except one person: Kourtney’s ex and father of her three children, Scott Disick.
As soon as the news of the couple's being engaged hit the social media, after congratulating the reality TV star, the audience’s attention went straight to how Scott Disick must be taking the news. It has been very evident that Scott Disick has only been in love with Kourtney Kardashian and has expressed a desire to settle down with her sometime in the future, but the timing of Scott never felt right.
There was news of Scott Disick "losing his mind" over the love of his life getting engaged and eventually married to someone else, but later the source clarified that though the reality TV star is having a hard time settling with the news of Kourtney and Travis getting engaged, all he wants for her is happy and is trying to stay away from the Kardashian family for a while to avoid any kind of drama or interaction with Kourtney and Travis.

But now a source has reported that even after two months, Scott is still trying to wrap his head around the news and accept the fact that the mother of his children is going to marry someone who is not him. Scott is still upset, and the source added, "He's been doing the best he can, but it's been a very difficult time for him. He's looking for support right now. " Recently, Scott Disick was reportedly spotted with Kourtney’s sister Kim Kardashian and her new beau, stand-up comedian Pete Davidson.

During the finale reunion of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, when host Andy Cohen asked Scott Disick if he was okay with Kourtney’s relationships, he said, "I think if you love somebody, you want them to be happy no matter what. So I do give her the blessing to be happy. "
