Howard Stern has some things to say about "Harry and Meghan."

During an episode of his Sirius XM radio show, Howard Stern told his co-host Robin Quivers that watching Netflix's newly released docuseries "Harry and Meghan" is painful. Howard Stern stated that he wouldn't watch it, but his wife Beth Stern kept insisting, so he did, but he says the royals come across as whiny, which he doesn't understand.

The host of The Howard Stern Show stated that while he has "compassion" for Harry due to the death of his mother, Princess Diana, he still isn't a fan of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. He described that when Harry and Meghan constantly complain about everything that went down at the Palace and asserting that the royal family didn't like Meghan adding that the former actress wants to be loved in this country, but man, oh man. Howard added further that it's just very bizarre to observe two people who keep shrieking that they wanted their personal space; they wanted the media to leave them alone while at the same moment they are putting out this Netflix special displaying themselves and the kids and their life. He then compared the royal couple's show to the reality show superstars, The Kardashians but said that the royal couple is boring.

Howard also called Meghan and Harry's situation with the Royal Family "perplexing," questioning whether their lifestyles were that bad when they continued to live in the United Kingdom before leaving their positions as senior working royals. Howard noted that this is their profession, talking about how disrespected they were to be a part of, trying to add that he doesn't know, living in a castle—and it's difficult to relate to. It seems to him to be quite good. As Howard and Robin finished their conversation, the radio host anticipated that Harry and Meghan's marriage, which has been going from strength to strength for over four years, might not last. He claims that Harry will eventually grow tired of the former Suit actress.

On Monday, Real Housewives of New York City alum Bethenny Frankel revealed that she, too, found the show to be somewhat boring, adding that it failed to hold her interest. She went on to say that they did appear to want to be humanized. They want the general public to understand that they were real beings, as people remain convinced that they are truly in love and that the royal couple is humans. This entire documentary felt like it was about how famous they are, and it's relentless.

Bethenny went on to say that if the couple was being harassed by the media, the royal household advised them to say nothing since that is the advice given to most very famous people and that adding gasoline to a fire tends to make it worse. According to the reality star, they—particularly Meghan—constantly want to inform the audience more.

After the couple left the royal family in 2020 and began a brand-new life in Montecito, Calif., the former Bravolebrity suggested that the series was a cash grab adding that it feels like, ‘Grab the bag because they are leaving this thing and have got to take everything we can. The reality star stated that the royal couple really wanted to push Princess Diana's aspect, the comparison, and she feels like it achieves the opposite result because Diana was there, five, six, seven times longer than Meghan and entered the monarchy when she was 19. It’s just not the same comparison.

Samantha Markle, Meghan's half-sister, spoke to the TMZ on Saturday noting that their father Thomas Markle is more concerned with his health rather than watching the document series focusing on Harry and Meghan. Samantha also said that she is personally keeping him from viewing the "disrespectful" Netflix documentary.

The first three episodes of Netflix's Harry and Meghan premiered on December 8th and centered on their lives before the meeting, their first date, and the effect of their relationship on the people around them. The first three episodes also give the audience a little view of how the couple was treated by the media. The second installment will be released on Thursday, Dec. 15th, and will focus more on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's lives after they married, including when they decided to leave the royal life and pursue a private life in Southern California.
