Jennifer Lopez shared a bare and beautiful picture of herself on her 53rd birthday to launch JLo Body, which is a body-focused subset of her JLo Beauty Brand. The center of focus is the booty!
Jennifer Lopez shared that it was important for her to develop a skincare routine for the body to address its specific and unique needs, and she started with the booty. She posted a picture on her social media accounts with the caption that read that people give all their care and attention to the skin on their faces and sometimes neglect the body. She continued by saying that as it is her birthday today, she is presenting #JLoBody Firm and Flaunt Targeted Booty Balm for her fans and followers.
Jennifer Lopez told People magazine that there are some incredible treatments available for the face that target tightening and firming, so she developed a lotion for the body that targets the same problems. She continued by saying that it was also the body part for which her customers were looking for a specific treatment but couldn't locate any on the market.
She said that she had been thinking about it her entire life as a result of witnessing her mother battle with cellulite as a child and felt helpless due to the lack of treatment choices. Jennifer said the reality is, that everyone knows that it does not exist and added that she remembers her wishing there was a magic formula that was just going to make it gone. However, the scientists and chemists at JLo Beauty were successful in developing a formula that produces tangible benefits.
Jennifer Lopez stated that the formula, which includes products including caffeine to tighten the skin, guarana seed extract to smoothen the skin, potent hydrators like squalene, shea butter, and hyaluronic acid along with peptides to boost collagen production which she explained that does improve the appearance of the skin. They discovered this while working with scientists. She said that the lotion actually works and that her brand isn't just slapped on any random product.

She continued, that after a certain age, the actresses and singers are done, like there are no more movies for them or people don't want their music anymore and said that as a child, she looked up to women like Diana Ross, Cher, and Tina Turner, who were in their 50s at the time and were stunning and just starting to come into their own. Jennifer Lopez stated that she too would like to go past a particular mindset, which is the idea that one can be attractive and seductive at any age.
Jennifer Lopez praised Ben Affleck and said that he prefers her without any accessories, including her hair and cosmetics when she is just herself.
