Julia Fox is opening up about her medical struggles.

Julia Fox recently shared a video on TikTok where she spoke about her challenges with ADHD, which is attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and OCD, which is obsessive-compulsive disorder, and shared that she has recently realized that she suffers from it.

Julia Fox answered a fan’s question, which was if she could make a video about navigating her career while being neurodivergent, to which she replied that it has been very difficult for her. Julia continued by saying that she experiences periods of like incredible productivity during which she feels on top of the world and invincible, and she also experiences periods of like deep, deep, deep stagnant type of emotion, in which she feels as though she is immobile.

Although Julia Fox hasn't spoken much about her condition, she has acknowledged that she has ADHD and that it has been challenging for her. She revealed that although she has never really discussed it, she also has a small amount of OCD, which she only recently became aware of since she used to mentally count the letters in words and would always want them to reach 10.

Although she acknowledged in the video that it hasn't helped her as much as she had hoped in terms of her ADHD and productivity, the model continued by saying that she uses marijuana to treat her OCD symptoms. The OCD is somewhat subdued by the marijuana, but it has little effect on the productivity problems caused by the ADHD, according to Julia, who concluded that it is simply too much for her. Julia Fox received praise from her audience for sharing her vulnerabilities with them and for speaking out about her challenges with OCD, ADHD, and other mental health issues.

This is not the first time Julia Fox has spoken up about her mental health struggles as recently as she revealed that she had to end things with Kanye West because she noticed red flags in him and to protect her sanity, she took the step to end things with the rapper. She explained at the time that there were some unresolved issues that Kanye was dealing with, which she said seemed like he had a lot to deal with and work on and she just did not have time for it or the energy. Julia mentioned that she does not have the bandwidth or emotional capacity for it, so she decided to put an end to it and she is proud of herself.

The model also spoke to E! News recently, where she shared how she is redefining what it means to be a mother and why she is not afraid to break the barriers. Julia Fox is mum to 20-month-old son Valentino, whom she shares with ex-Peter Artemeiev. Julia said she has always disliked the idea that when women have children, they instantly become the parent of that child, but the reality is that sometimes women also have to make choices for themselves.

Julia continued it's more about women needing to be the best versions of themselves, just like men, and if they are making all these sacrifices and are unhappy, it shows, which causes them to project their misery onto the child without even realising what they are doing.Julia Fox is a firm believer that children should know that their mothers have their own lives and want to do their things as well. She said that moms out there get her but a lot of people don’t understand where she is coming from and judge her, but she knows that when she talks to a mother, they understand where she is coming from and what she is talking about.

Julia, however, did say that balancing motherhood and a career and personal life is a balancing act and stated that it’s all about distributing the energy in a way that they are going to feel good about it. She gave a message to new moms that they should not be afraid to ask for help and advised them to not hold it up all inside as she said that she understands that women are conditioned to take the high road and walk away gracefully, but at the same time, things have changed, so women need to reclaim their power and break free of the conditioning that has been done to them as women.
