The Real Housewives of Atlanta artist Kenya Moore filed for judicial separation from her spouse Marc Daly in May after four years of connection, which is impossible to regain.
Kenya Moore, a reality star, and Marc Daly, a restaurateur of SoCo restaurant broke up in September 2019 before reawakening their love in January 2020 and splitting again in January 2021.
As attested by Radar Online, RHOA star solicited for individual and legal guardianship of their 2-year-old daughter, Brooklyn.
The paperwork reportedly included a declaration from Moore about the couple living in a legitimate state of separation after their previous breakup. He also reported in the document that he would like joint legalized guardianship and wants his hostile wife to finance his legal fees.
Moore’s counselor mentioned in May that many concerns are affecting the protection, love, and health of the young child that will be regularly affected if not conveyed at least on a short-term basis.
It is the hope that without the guidance and supervision of the honorable court the case will not resolve as small child's custody is involved.
Moore also wants common personal assets and wedded dues to be divided equally.
On June 11, Daly countered by seeking an equal partition of the nuptial house “Moore Manor” of four-bedroom, 7200 square feet in Georgia bought by Kenya in 2015 for $515K.
Moore, Miss USA 1993 started her magazine Kenya, which issued its second edition this month.
