King Charles III desires to reconnect with Prince Harry.
According to a source for The Telegraph, King Charles III would like to reconcile with his younger son Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle after Prince Harry admitted in an interview with ITV’s Tom Bradby that he would like his brother and father back.
The insider mentioned that those close to King Charles III have insisted that he has always loved both his sons, Prince William and Prince Harry, and wants to keep the communication channel open throughout the last few years. They went on to say that King Charles has always been welcoming to Harry and met up with him a few times over the late Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee, adding that the King has reiterated that his door remains open and that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are welcome at any time. It was also reported that the King is also looking forward to inviting the couple to his coronation, which is scheduled for May 6th 2023.
In an interview with ITV's Tom Bradby, Prince Harry stated that he wants a family, not an organization, and that the royals has shown no eagerness to rectify with his family. The Duke also asserted in the interview trailer that the royal family is fine with the story that portrays him and his wife, Meghan Markle, as bad guys. He also discussed the crowning invitation rumors, saying that a lot could happen from now to then, but the door remains open and that the ball is in their court.
According to The Sunday Times, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are trying to look to sit down with the British monarchy to attempt to iron out all the couple's complaints revealed in the two-part series. In the discussion trailer, Prince Harry asserted that there is a lot to discuss and that he sincerely hoped they are prepared to sit down and talk it out, before trying to add that he does not understand how surviving silently will make things better for them.
Prince Harry's memoir, "Spare," is set to be published, and some excerpts have already been made public. In one of those excerpts, Prince Harry writes about just how, as he grew up, King Charles made a sadistic remark regarding Prince Harry's "actual dad" amid the general populace supposition that his biological dad was Princess Diana's former lover, Major James Hewitt. In his memoir, Harry notes that King Charles (referred to as Pa) liked sharing stories and that this was one of his favorites, adding that He would every time end with a burst of philosophy. Who understands if he's the Prince of Wales or not? Who knows if he's his real dad at all?
Prince Harry went on to say that King Charles would laugh and laugh, even though the rumor at the time had been that his actual father was one of Mummy's (Princess Diana's) former lovers: Major James Hewitt. Major Hewitt's flaming ginger hair was one source of this speculation, but so was his sadism.
