On Thursday, Kris Jenner testified in Los Angeles Superior Court in the ongoing trial against Blac Chyna that she filed in 2017 against the Kardashians and Jenners.

It is the third day of the ongoing defamation trial between Blac Chyna and the Kardashian Jenner family, which was originally filed in 2017. Kris Jenner took the stand to testify that she had heard from her daughter Kylie Jenner and her then-boyfriend, Tyga, that Blac Chyna had allegedly threatened to kill Kylie and was physically and verbally abusive to Tyga when they were together.

Blac Chyna and Tyga dated from 2011 to 2014 and were engaged for a brief period. They share a 9-year-old son, King Cairo, and when Kris Jenner was asked about an early deposition during which she had said that Blac Chyna had threatened Kylie, Blac’s lawyer asked Kris on how many occasions Blac had threatened her, Kris replied that she would have to ask Kylie about it.

Kris Jenner also told the jury and the judge that she did not contact the police over the threats because they kept the matter internally, before adding that she was not overly concerned about the threats that Blac gave to Kylie because there were a lot of things that were going on in the household and she was just used to the drama of the family. She added that they were concerned with what was going on with the whole Tyga situation at the time.

While being cross-examined by Michael G. Rhodes, Blac Chyna was not asked about the threats, but he did ask her if she has a grudge against Kylie Jenner because she began dating Blac Chyna's ex. Blac replied, stating she does not hold any ill will towards any of the women she has filed the lawsuit against. Blac mentioned that she and Kim had started building up a friendship but when Tyga started dating Kylie, Kim told Blac that they cannot be friends.

Kris Jenner was also asked about her previous testimony where she mentioned that Tyga had informed her that Blac Chyna was abusive towards him during their relationship, Kris recalled and said that Tyga had informed her that the former couple used to fight a lot and one time Blac had cut his arm with a knife. Kris clarified that it was second-hand information.

When Blac Chyna’s lawyer, Lynne Ciani, asked Kris Jenner why she was not worried or concerned with the fact that her son was dating and was engaged to someone who had threatened her youngest daughter, she replied that their relationship escalated so fast that they did not know how to cope. She said that it was not that she was not concerned, but she loves second chances and wanted Blac and Rob to win, before adding that she just wanted her son Rob Kardashian to be happy. She also clarified that she never believed that Blac Chyna would go to an extent to hurt Kylie because that is something someone would not go through and she thought that Blac was just upset about Kylie dating Tyga at the time.

Talking about the second season of "Rob and Chyna", Kris Jenner stated that as an executive producer, she had negotiated with E! for the couple to receive $92,500 each for the seventh episode of season one, which was one hour long, and an additional $200,00 fee, which was to go into Dream’s saving account. She mentioned that she was not aware of the show was even picked up for a second season. Michael G. Rhodes also mentioned that it was E! who had decided to cancel the show and not the family members of Rob Kardashian because the network was aware of the rocky relationship the couple had and there were accusations of physical abuse towards one another, so the network decided not to give the second season a green light.

Kris Jenner mentioned that she wanted Blac Chyna to grow and be the best version of herself. Blac Chyna has sued the Kardashians for $40 million for loss of earnings and more than $60 million in future earnings. She claims that the family interfered with her deals with the network and got her show canceled, later going on a social media rampage to defame and slut her.

Blac Chyna has also filed a lawsuit against Rob Kardashian, which will go on trial in May.

Kris Jenner is expected to continue to testify.
