Lisa Rinna is ready to say goodbye to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

On Thursday, Lisa Rinna announced that she has decided to make her exit from Bravo’s reality show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after eight seasons. She said in a statement to People that it is the longest job she has ever held in her 35-year career, and she is grateful to everyone at Bravo and everyone involved in the series.

Lisa continued that it has been a fun eight-year run for her, and now she is excited to see what the future holds for her. It was reported that the decision about Lisa Rinna leaving the Bravo reality series was a mutual decision between the reality star and the channel after her contract expired at the end of season 12.

Lisa Rinna accused Kathy Hilton of having a psychotic breakdown in Aspen, where she supposedly made negative remarks about her younger half-sister, Kyle Richards, and other co-stars. During the reunion, however, Kathy Hilton refused all of the allegations and called Lisa Rinna the biggest bully in Hollywood. Lisa Rinna, for one, appeared unworried about the backlash from fans, even when she did receive loud boos from the audience at BravoCon 2022.

She told People magazine that she was booed and was fantastic, trying to compare herself to a wrestler. Wrestlers are booed. The world's most well-known wrestlers are booed. For God's sake, The Rock Dwayne Johnson was booed, Lisa said adding that it was fantastic and she has worked in this line of work for 32 years. Lisa Rinna also said at the time she was happy to have the number one cable show on Bravo the Housewives, and that she was unworried about RHOBH fans who critiqued her on-screen behavior.

Harry Hamlin stands by his wife’s decision to leave the reality series after eight seasons on the show. He shared with People on Friday that it was the right decision to make for Lisa Rinna at this point, adding that he thinks that she took it as far as she could take and elevated the show, but now it’s time to move on.

Harry went on to say that eight years is a long time to keep doing the same thing over and over again and it's a moment for her to move on. Andy Cohen, the producer of "Real Housewives," took to his social media to show appreciation for the reality TV star, whom he characterized as having one of the iconic run on the Bravo show. Lisa Rinna deleted most of her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills-related Instagram photos recently in August hinting that maybe it was the end for her on the show and she posted about her life after the show ended. She captioned a photo that read that before she was a house wife (on the show) she was Lisa Fucking Rinna and even after she exists the show, she will still be Lisa Fucking Rinna. The Days of Our Lives alum is also recognized for her tagline "Own it, baby," which she happens to believe in.

Following her mother Lois Rinna's death in November 2021, Lisa Rinna went on to criticize The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for failing to properly memorialize Lois Rinna, instead focusing on resurfaced trivial drama from the previous season. Lisa Rinna wrote that she got "one episode of grace," adding that her mother Lois Rinna deserved and deserves much more.

Erika Jayne, a former castmate, shared with TMZ that Lisa Rinna is a fucking GOAT and no one can fill in her shoes on the show. Erika also added that she is going to miss Lisa Rinna very much since she is a very close friend of hers in real life, and she will continue to see her, but she will be missed on the show, and Erika thinks that everybody is going to feel her absence.

Erika Jayne was also asked if she thinks that Lisa Vanderpump should return to the Bravo series, to which Erika said that she is a coward who ran away and couldn’t show up for the reunion, so she does not think that she is going to be a good fit. Lisa Vanderpump had subtly shaded her former castmate Lisa Rinna by simply tweeting, "Ding dong," after she announced her exit from the show.
