According to the reports by The Sun, after the exit of Jesy Nelson from ‘Little Mix’ last year and starting up her solo career, Jade Thirlwall has now signed with Full Stop Management for a solo deal. The label also represents artists like Ed Sheeran, Rita Ora, and Lizzo, and recently added to the list are former One Direction singer Harry Styles and Mark Ronson

The source previously shared, "Jade’s been working super-hard on the new music, and those who have heard the tracks say they sound amazing. Jade has already met with Sony to talk things through but has really been impressed by Atlantic Records and all signs point to her going with them. She has held top-secret talks with them, and it’s all really positive. It’s well known Little Mix are going on hiatus after their tour next year, and it's no surprise that Jade is already working on solo songs."  According to reports she has signed Full Stop Management for her solo career.

The source also mentioned that the rumors of Little Mix going on a hiatus next year we're going around for a while, so this talk of a solo deal was no surprise. However, Jade had previously rubbished the reports of the band deciding to split, and speaking to Gay Times Jade said, "I think no matter what happens, Little Mix will always be there. I think in the past couple of years, we have started to delve into doing our own little things. That's been really beautiful to see. I think initially, in the first few years, all of us were terrified at the thought of doing something for you. One, because you just get so used to having each other, and two, you know what the press are like, the minute one person does something they say, 'Oh, what's happening?'"

The full Stop Management team believes that Jade Thirlwall is going to be a huge star just like Harry Styles and as she has bags of ideas for her solo career and is going to start putting the plans into motion for more appearances on Television (as a guest judge on RuPaul’s Drag Race the UK and Never Mind The Buzzcocks) and music videos and her dedication is going to make her a huge star.

Under the Full Stop management, Harry Styles has managed to have a successful career including Grammy nominations, two solo albums, launched an acting career, and, more recently, founded his beauty brand, 'Pleasing'. Harry Styles has also joined the famous Marvel Cinematic Universe as Eros. Talking about her band members, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Perrie Edwards are very supportive of Jade’s new decision and describe this time as an ‘exciting time for all three of them.

Leigh-Anne Pinnock has been signed up by Tap Music Management which was revealed in March and Tap Music Management is the one who helped artists like Dua Lipa and Ellie Goudling in setting their foot in the industry. Leigh-Anne Pinnock is also going to feature in a Christmas movie, ‘Boxing Day’ alongside landing up a major role as a host of the Mobo Awards. On 5th December Leigh is going to join Munya Chawawa at the Coventry Building Society Arena.

Sharing about Perrie Edwards, she is getting ready to launch her highly anticipated fashion brand, ‘Disora’. The singer took to her social media to share the news with her fans and shared the glimpse of the PR chest sent to her. Disora has been described as a luxury fashion range, with the slogan of the company being ‘Luxury Fashion, Delivered Globally’. Talking about the rumors of splitting up, she said, "I think no matter what Little Mix do, whether we venture out individually, whatever we do, Little Mix is forever like Jade said… We'll always stick together, we’ll always tour, we'll always do things together as a group, because, Little Mix is just, it’s fire... And I hate to say it, what we have is something special, and we know that and we know that Little Mix as the three of us is so, so strong, so we never want that to be over, never.

Before the Little Mix goes on hiatus next year, the band will embark on their twice-delayed Confetti Tour next April. The former bandmate Jesy Nelson is going to release her debut solo album around the same time. Jesy Nelson’s debut single, ‘Boyz’, featuring Nicki Minaj, garnered a lot of backlashes about which she clarified in her video later. Jesy Nelson appeared on The Graham Norton Show and shared that the bandmates are not talking anymore and added, "It is sad, but honestly there is no bad blood from my side, and I still love them to pieces and genuinely wish them all the best. I loved my time with them, and we've got the most incredible memories together, but it's just one of those things which needs to take time, so who knows. To me, they are still the 'sickest' girl band in the world."

Jade Thirlwall shared that after the Jesy Nelson exit from the band last year led them to have a group therapy session as they struggled with dealing with the emotions, but now they are stronger than ever and said Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Perrie Edwards’ becoming mother has given them an entirely new perspective.

We wish the girls good luck in their careers!
