Lorde's new photoshoot for the beauty and fashion magazine Vogue is making heads turn for all the right reasons. The “Melodrama” Singer will feature on the October cover of the magazine.

Ella Yelich-O'Connor is also known as Lorde did a photoshoot with photographer Théo Gueltzl, wearing a magnificent golden floral breastplate from Elsa Schiaparelli the famous Italian fashion designer.

In the candid interview, the singer spoke about many things from knowing that she is great at what she does to, not being sure if she’s “the man for the job”. Lorde said, she is a very sensitive person and she doesn’t think she is made for pop star life.

She believes that to have such a public life is not for her, she finds it intense and not something she is good at. She says that she has a brain in the jar, and lacks the natural charisma for it.

On taking a break after each of her albums she said, she is okay to come and do the thing she is required to, do the shoots, go-to red carpet, talk to the journalists, but the music out, and when she’s done it all to the point of exhaustion when she is having satisfied that thirst, she likes to go home and then people will not see her for two or three or four years. Maybe that’s why she goes missing from the spotlight every now and then.

Apart from taking time for herself from all the attention she also said, she has signed off from all her social media and that it was the right to do. To step back from social media was a big philosophical decision for her. She said it’s a tunnel and she could sense that staying online was very bad for her and her work.

The talented singer says that she hasn’t met many people for whom social media was a net positive. She believes that being online for a long is producing crazy chemicals that are creating deranged neural paths that are not positive.
