Chandler Bing and Janice might not have ended up together in the end, but they are surely one of the iconic couples that people remember from the successful series of Friends. 17-years later, Janice, played by actress Maggie Wheeler, who has her separate fan base from the show, is sharing her thoughts on why she believes that Janice and Chandler Bing should have been the endgame.

Friends alum Maggie Wheeler made a surprise cameo in a TikTok video on performer Jax’s and Maggie Wheeler’s accounts during a musical number that the performer from New Jersey-based Jax wrote from Maggie’s fictional character’s perspective.

Jax began to sing while playing the piano, "So no one talks about the one mistake on Friends. The best couple on the show never made it to the end. Chandler [Bing] and Monica [Geller] went together well, but I think Chandler should have ended up with someone else". Just when she stops, the audience can hear Janice’s iconic dialogue, "OH MY GAWD", and Maggie joins Jax. Maggie sang, "Chandler, I'll wait for you when you and Monica get divorced. I will wait for you. You know, you always loved me more. You love me, Chandler Bing! " She ends the song with her iconic Janice laugh.

Maggie Wheeler, in 2016, during an interview on ITV’s This Morning, shared that Janice’s iconic yet obnoxious laugh was used as a cover-up when actor Matthew Perry, who played Chandler Bing on Friends, would make the actress break character on set. She quoted, "So the laughter happened organically in the first rehearsal because I needed to find a way to laugh because Matthew Perry is so funny. And working with him, I knew right away, I thought, "This guy's going to make me laugh on set. I must be prepared. What am I going to do? ' So I created Janice's laugh just as a safety measure for when Matthew made me laugh. "

Maggie Wheeler, like every other cast member of the series, did not imagine that her irksome character would grow to be one of the most iconic characters in history and that people would love her for that. She shared, "It was always a surprise that she continued to have a life on the show. I was always so thrilled every time the writers decided to bring me back. It started as a one-shot deal—come in, does one episode—and out of that came 10 years of this extraordinary, joyful experience.

The actress, during her interview with Access Live in 2018, shared that the makers decided to sneak her in at the last minute, and she added, "They opened the door and I think that episode was a big success, and obviously, Janice made people happy, and so they just kept bringing me back and bringing me back." You know, who knew when I set out to do that first episode that it would happen, but it was the greatest blessing. "

Maggie Wheeler was missing from the HBO Max televised reunion special but took to her social media to give her support and love to the people she worked with for ten years and wrote, "Oh, what a beautiful morning! I went straight to HBO Max before I even got out of bed. What a spectacular show. It was a night to remember in every way. I’m so excited for all the viewers who get the chance to take this emotional walk down memory lane! "

Maggie went on to play Linda in Everybody Loves Raymond after leaving Friends. The actress has also appeared in Drake and Josh, ER, The X-files, The War at Home, Will & Grace, Jack and Jill, How I Met Your Mother, and Curb Your Enthusiasm are just a few of the shows she's been in. In the Batman: The Animated Series episode "Joker's Millions" from 1997, Wheeler voiced Harley Quinn's successor. She played the youngest of a mother-daughter duo of camp counselors in the 1998 version of Disney's The Parent Trap. Wheeler portrayed Odile in Barbie in Swan Lake, and she played Trinette in four episodes of FX's Archer in 2010.

Who do you think should have ended up with Chandler Bing? Monica Geller? Or Janice?
