Brian Hugh Warner, professionally known as Marilyn Manson who is an American singer, songwriter, actor, painter, and writer's house was recently served with a search warrant in the month's long investigation of sexual assault and domestic violence against the singer. More than 15 women between 2009 and 2011 including three-time Golden Globe nominee Evan Rachel Wood, actress Esmé Bianco, and his ex Ashley Morgan Smithline have come forward to accuse the songwriter.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department released a statement saying that the singer was not present at the Hollywood area home when investigators searched it early on Monday morning. According to the reports, detectives forced the entry, and after a long four to five hours of search, they seized the media storage units and hard drive of the musician, Marilyn Manson for review before the case is brought to the attorney.

The search warrant comes in connection with the ongoing investigation against the musician on the charges of sexual assault, and domestic violence which were filed in 2019.

Actress, Evan Rachel Wood took to her social media account to name Marilyn Manson as her alleged abuser in February, as she wrote, "The name of my abuser is Brian Warner, also known to the world as Marilyn Manson. He started grooming me when I was a teenager and horrifically abused me for years. I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission. I am done living in fear of retaliation, slander, or blackmail. Furthermore, I am here to expose this dangerous man and call out the many industries that have enabled him, before he ruins any more lives. I stand with the many victims who will no longer be silent. The two were apparently in a relationship when Evan Rachel Wood was 18 years old and Marilyn was 36 years old. Marilyn Manson denied the allegation via his social media and where he mentioned, "Obviously, my art and my life have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are horrible distortions of reality. My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners. Regardless of how – and why – others are now choosing to misinterpret the past, that is the truth. "

After Evan Rachel Wood came up spoke about her accusations, several other women also came forward in claiming that they have also been the victim of the same behavior ("sexual assault, psychological abuse, and/or various forms of coercion, violence, and intimidation) by the musician. Marilyn Manson was dropped by his label, Loma Vista Recordings, longtime manager Tony Ciulla, as well as the talent agency CAA, which provides representation for individuals across various mediums.

In May, "Game of Thrones" actor Esmé Bianco also filed a federal lawsuit against Marilyn Manson for alleged sexual, physical, and emotional abuse. According to the actress, Marilyn Manson allegedly broke human trafficking laws by transporting Esmé to California from England for non-existent roles in music videos and movies. Manson is also accused of depriving Bianco of food and sleep, locking her in a bedroom, whipping her, shocking her with electric shocks, and threatening to enter her room and rape her during the night, according to the lawsuit.

Manson's former assistant accused him of sexual assault, battery, and harassment in her lawsuit, saying he used "his position of power, celebrity, and connections to exploit and victimize her during her employment." According to one of the recent posts on The Rolling Stones, they've exposed the musician's darkest secret which is that the musician converted as studio room into a torture room for girls and called it 'Bad Girl Room' and one of his ex-girlfriends called his apartment a "black refrigerator", while another one called it a "meat locker."

Ashley Morgan Smithline, musician's ex, also sued the singer for sexual assault and unlawful imprisonment, among other charges. Marilyn Manson repeatedly forced her to stay in the space (Bad Girls Room) which was about the size of a department-store dressing room for hours at a time when they were dating. Smithline further mentioned said, "At first, he made it sound cool. Then, he made it sound very punitive. Even if I was screaming, no one would hear me. First you fight, and he enjoys the struggle. I learned to not fight it, because that was giving him what he wanted. I just went somewhere else in my head". In her interview with PEOPLE, she mentioned that she feels grateful because she survived a monster.

Jay Ellwanger, Smithline, and Bianco's attorney issued a statement to PEOPLE in support of his client stating, "I am proud to represent Ms. Smithline as she comes forward to share her truth about Brian Warner. We are exploring all options to hold him accountable for his actions and to make sure that this behavior ends once and for all."

When model Sarah McNeilly dated Marilyn Manson, she claimed that he put her in the room. She told Rolling Stone that Warner was also physically aggressive, recalling one instance in particular from 2011, "He threw me up against the wall, and he had a baseball bat in his hand, and he said he’s going to fucking smash my face in. The physical violence was almost a relief. Like, the mental shit that he puts you through, that he infects your brain with, that he brainwashes you, you just want it to stop."

Marilyn Manson’s attorney, Howard E. King, declined immediate comment and said in a statement, "Mr. Warner vehemently denies any and all claims of sexual assault or abuse of anyone. These lurid claims against my client have three things in common — they are all false, alleged to have taken place more than a decade ago and part of a coordinated attack by former partners and associates of Mr. Warner who have weaponized the otherwise mundane details of his personal life and their consensual relationships into fabricated horror stories."
