The Rock is one of the best-known Hollywood actors around the globe. Once a pro-wrestler and now a father and an actor, Dwayne The Rock Johnson is a great family man. He comes from an influential family of famous wrestlers and has made his distinguished mark in the Hollywood industry owing to his phenomenal acting skills and quick wit. The actor, wrestler, and businessman is now the father to three beautiful daughters: Simone, Jasmine, and Tiana. He can usually be seen on social media appreciating his family members and his lovely daughters.

Before becoming an actor, The Rock came from a family that took wrestling to heart. His father himself was a great wrestler and probably, The Rock's inspiration, too. Johnson's life has now been made into an NBC comedy that portrays his earlier years through heavy lifting and wrestling matches. Johnson himself acts as the executive producer of the show and will be starring in some episodes.

Dwayne Johnson started his life at highly athletic terms and was the kid that you would always see on the football team or in the gym. Owing to his love for sports, he bagged a full scholarship at the University of Miami, where he played football. The actor had humble beginnings at the uni as he couldn't find a place to belong and would usually end up with the wrong set of kids. However, in 1991 he finally found a ray of hope as he won along with the Hurricanes when he played alongside Warren Sapp, who would one day grow up to become a Super Bowl champion.

However, for four years, he wasn't drafted in the NFL, and hence he finally took after his father and grandfather, who had made a great name with their wrestling conquests. And, the rest is history!

Here is all you need to know about his legendary parents and his beautiful daughters.

Ata Johnson is the mother of the legendary Rock and the ex-wife to Rocky Johnson, a pro-wrestler. She herself came from a family that was strongly affiliated with wrestling. Her father was Peter Maivia, remembered as "High Chief." Ata was the constant parental figure in Johnson's life while his father was away at wrestling tournaments. She later separated from Rock's father and brought up the Rock as a single parent. Dwayne is always very vocal about appreciating his mother and goes out of his to buy her lavish gifts like a house for the holidays! Her character will be played by Stacey Leilua in "Young Rock."

The pro-wrestler is remembered as one of the best in the field in American history and was given the nickname "Soulman." He worked all around the world with an impressive number of wins under his belt. The wrestler was a part of the Black WWE tag team champions and worked alongside Tony Atlas back in the 1980s. The legendary wrestler passed away in 2020, succumbing to a heart attack at the age of 75. He will be portrayed by Joseph Lee Anderson.

The iconic woman, Lia Maivia, was the first female pro wrestling promoter and also was grandmother to Dwayne Johnson. Even being the sole woman in the man's world, she ran a successful career hosting wrestling shows at places like Polynesian Pro Wrestling in Hawaii during the 1980s. She made headlines for her biggest show termed A Hot Summer Night, which was covered by Ric Flair at the Aloha Stadium. The show had attracted more than 20,000 wrestling fanatics. Lia is continued to be revered and respected in the industry even a decade after her death in 2008.

Born in the Johnson household on August 14th, 2001, to Dwayne Johnson and Dany Garcia, Simone is the oldest daughter of the former couple. Dwayne and Johnson stayed a couple from 1997 through 2008 and shared Simone, their only child, together. The lovely lady is now experimenting with running a show business and has started working with IMG. She is the first-ever Golden Globe Ambassador and was named so in the 2018 awards show.

Apart from her business, Simone has also been contracted by WWE, and that too, just at the young age of just 20 years old. She is going to be a fourth-generation wrestler in the Johnson Family. The wrestler, however, suffered from a knee injury and joked about it on her Twitter last year in 2020.

She wrote: "So tomorrow I'm having knee surgery for the third time. As not fun as surgery is. I'm looking forward to my knees not popping out anymore." Dwayne's oldest daughter has also graduated from Norfolk State University.

Jasmine Johnson

Born on December 16th, 2015, Jasmine Johnson is Dwayne's first child that he shares with his wife, Lauren Hashian. Otherwise, she comes second in line where Dwayne's daughters are concerned. Jasmine was seen along with her father on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in the 2017 induction ceremony, but she has yet to make a big-screen debut, if ever.

However, she is a pretty consistent presence of The Rock's Instagram handle can usually be seen accompanying her father to fishing and other fun activities. The little kid refused to believe that her father is actually Maui and when she did believe, she was [hilariously] unimpressed. Dwayne even called his 'famous person' shots to get his beloved daughter a message from the Aquaman (Jason Momoa) himself.

The father frequently appreciates his daughter on social media, and when she learned horseback riding, he posted: "One proud daddy as my baby learns discipline, respect, focus and hard work with a smile, setting a solid example for her baby sister, Tia"

Tiana Johnson was added to the family on April 17th, 2018, a year before the couple officially got married in August 2019. The young lady features alongside her elder sister on Dwayne's social media profiles. Following the birth of his youngest daughter, Dwayne took to Instagram to share his elation. He wrote: "Blessed and proud to bring another strong girl into this world. Tiana Gia Johnson came into this world like a force of nature, and Mama labored and delivered like a true rockstar."

He also said that he discovered a newfound respect for all mothers, adding: "I was raised and surrounded by strong, loving women all my life, but after participating in baby Tia's delivery, it's hard to express the new level of love, respect, and admiration I have for Lauren and all mamas and women out there."

The Rock serves as a great father to his three beautiful daughters and has even said that working as a dad is his first priority over any job he would ever get. "I realized being a father is the greatest job I have ever had and the greatest job I will ever have," He told the OWN series in December 2020. "I always wanted to be a great dad. I always wanted to give [my children] things that I felt I never got," he also added.
