Jackass Forever is one hell of a ride. From its extreme stunts to action scenes that could make a doctor very tense, Jackass Forever always takes things up a notch it can. In a recent interview with Screen Rant, Steve-O, Wee Man, and Chris Pontius shared the weirdest things that happen during the filming of the movie.

Steve-O first began when a chiropractor once told him that he must be Keith Richards for his body didn't show all the damage he expected to see in Steve-O's x-rays after all the stunts he has done. Chris Pontius shared that he was once called the same by his Hollywood agent.

But despite their years-long experience with Jackass Forever, things can get a bit crazy when stunts go out of control. Though Wee Man denied admitting that things get under his skin when stunts take longer than he expected, it is natural to be frustrated when you have to do the same thing over and over again and put your life on the line. The most difficult scene for the acting trio to shoot was when they shot "the bungee and the human sacrifice scene." Another scene that was difficult was the "wedgie" scene. "It took a few takes to do the wedgie," added Wee Man.

Chris Pontius joined the mutual discontent and shared that things can get irritating when "they don't have the act together on the first take." "I want a stunt to like, “I know what I got to do, I'm going to do it, and I want this to be a one and done,” admitted Wee Man. "And usually, those ones are the ones that you're going to go through the pain till we get the footage."

"Well, even when it goes exactly the way it's supposed to go and it's awesome, still the director's going to make you do it again because he thinks that there's a chance it might go even better," explained Steve-O. "So we get made to do these things over and over and over and over again."

Another funny thing that always seems to happen on Jackass Forever is the relentless pranking that goes on the sets. Steve-O shared, "This guy, Wee Man, went out of his way to try to avoid being pranked. I don't understand that because to me that's like trying to not get footage in the movie."

The actors were not expecting to face the same prank again, and when Chris Pontius needed to use the set bathrooms, he did not expect it to blow upon him. "It's weird because, in the last movie, they did stuff with the porta-potties and ambushing, but sure enough, on this movie, I walked right into a porta-potty without thinking about being ambushed at all and it blows," he said.

"I mean, it blows up and there's a fire in there. I'm like, whoa, they're going really far on this one, and they blew up porta-potties on anyone who was foolish enough to walk into them, and then uses the best ones," he explained.

Hence, the best way according to Steve-O to act on the sets of Jackass Forever is to let go of all caution and experience whatever comes your way. "I think my approach to the whole movie was to never look over my shoulder and just walk into whatever."

Unfortunately, Wee Man is a person who believes in looking over his shoulders a bit too many times, and of course, the caution does not essentially work.

Johnny Knoxville also shared why the stunts on Jackass feature so many bulls. Talking with Thrillist he explained, "Bulls absolutely hate you. They want to kill you, and it's just wonderful footage. You know exactly what you're going to get when you film with a bull, and you're going to get great footage. They have never, ever disappointed us."

The stunt performer is very practical-minded when it comes to the film and the footage he wishes to receive from the characters on the show. Though the ideas might backfire at times, Knoxville does what he needs to do to get the right videos for the screen. He thinks of his stunts like scenes from Tom and Jerry, a two-person fight, and it basically does wonders for the film collection.

A specific scene that he remembers pulling from Tom and Jerry was in Jackass Number Two. "I was in the bullring with the yak and I had the cigarette and the blindfold on. That was a direct lift from a Tom and Jerry cartoon," he recalled. "The cat's chasing the mouse, and the dog is chasing the cat, and the cat runs into the kitchen, puts on a blindfold, puts in a cigarette, and a bull comes and runs over him. I'm like, "I want to do that, Jeff." And he said, "Okay if you want."

Considering how dangerous the entire situation can be, Knoxville shared that the people on set feel very disoriented and tense at such times. Steve-O especially hates bulls as they can lead to long-term injuries. Yet the film set always has an ambulance close by.

Sharing another inspired moment from a different series, Knoxville revealed, "There's a Coyote and Road Runner-inspired idea in this movie with the false backdrop. Because they're always riding into a cave on a hill, but sometimes the roadrunner will go through. When the coyote tries, he just slams into the wall. I thought it'd be a good idea if we try one of those ideas."

Even though Jackass is not everyone's cup of tea, it is safe to admit the film series essentially has many creative ways of doing stunts. Explaining how he gets the ideas for the film series, he said, "Over the last 10 years, not knowing if we were going to make another film, I would just email them to myself and put in the subject line "Jackass 4."

Hence, when he was approached for shooting the next Jackass film, he already had a lot many ideas lined up that they could use in the film footage. "I had to go through and get hundreds of ideas out of my email and get them into a document. But they just come to me. I might see a funny picture online that might inspire something or see a video that is about 50% of an idea," he divulged. "I'm like, "Well, it would be really funny if this and this happened." Or I might be watching a cartoon and think, "Oh, this might be funny."
