Paris Hilton and Carter Reum are now parents!
Socialite Paris Hilton took to her social media to announce that she and her husband Carter Reum are now parents to a baby boy. She shared a picture of her baby boy’s hand wrapped around her thumb and wrote that he is already loved beyond words.
A source shared that Paris Hilton and Carter Reum welcomed their baby boy via surrogate, adding that Paris Hilton is incredibly happy with such amazing news. The insider added that the socialite had always dreamed of being a mother, and now her family and friends are thrilled for her to live her dream, knowing that she is going to be the best mom.
Paris Hilton shared with People that it has always been her dream to be a mother, and she is so happy that Carter and she found each other, adding that they are so excited to start their family together and their hearts are exploding with love for their baby boy.
The unexpected pregnancy announcement comes only a few months after Paris Hilton revealed she was undergoing IVF treatments. She shared in November 2022 that IVF is always a journey for everything but they are extremely lucky that they currently have a lot of healthy embryos that are ready to be part of their cute crew! Paris explained at the time that, while she has an incredibly busy work and hectic schedule, nothing activates her more than becoming a mother in 2023!
Paris Hilton, the CEO of the Love Rush fragrance, had spoken about her intentions to conceive a baby shortly after she and Carter married late last year in a December discussion with PEOPLE, disclosing that during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, she and Carter Reum started the in-vitro fertilization (IVF) protocol. She explained that the two began to do it a few months ago because the world was closed down, and they knew they desired to start a family, and she considered to herself that it is a suitable time because she is on a plane 250 days a year, so let's just get all of the eggs stocked and ready, which they have plenty of.
After more than a year of dating, Paris Hilton and Carter Reum got hitched in February 2021 and wedded in a three-day marriage ceremony that November. Carter Reum, a Chicago native and longtime friend of the Hiltons, is an author, businessman, and founding member of the venture capital firm M13.
Ahead of the marriage, Carter Reum shared in February 2021 that over the past 15 months, he has had the unique chance to get to know the real Paris daily, just the two of them, and he cannot imagine being more enthusiastic and lucky to be marrying her as his future wife and partner. He also added that as a future mother and wife, she will glow with her compassion, willingness to work hard, truthfulness, and voice in making the world a better place.
For a long time, Paris has expressed her desire to start a family with Carter. She appeared and shared on The Bellas podcast in April 2022 that the couple has been discussing children since starting the first pair months of dating. She added that the pair would love to have twins; that would be incredible noting that they're trying to look for three or four. Paris elaborated that she'd like a twin boy and girl, just to get both but added that however, whatever happens, happens, she would prefer that or twin girls because she adores girls.
Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton's friend, and former stylist, commented under her photo, saying she is thrilled for the couple. "Congratulations!" wrote Lindsay Lohan, who recently reconnected with Paris Hilton after years apart. Heidi Klum and Naomi Campbell both left comments, with Heidi Klum writing that she is so happy for the couple and is sending lots and lots of love and Naomi Campbell wrote Congratulations for them adding that she is sending her wishes with the biggest blessing!
Paris Hilton's sister, Nicky Hilton, also shared a sweet post following the baby's news. She wrote welcome to motherhood, Paris Hilton adding that she is ecstatic for her sister adding that it's the most spectacular ride. Nicky wrote that there is no greater love than this and she is going to be the most wonderful mother ever for her nephew she mentioned that he is a lucky boy as she shared a photo of herself and Paris with their mother, Kathy.
