Aaron Carter’s much-talked-about unauthorized memoir, "Aaron Carter: An Incomplete Story of an Incomplete Life," has been delayed.

After days of announcing the late singer’s unauthorized memoir, "Aaron Carter: An Incomplete Story of an Incomplete Life," publishers said in a statement that they have decided to delay the release of the memoir.

Lawyer Scott Atherton, founder of Atherton Galardi Mullen & Reeder PLLC and representative of Ballast Books and author Andy Symonds, issued a statement saying that Aaron Carter wished his story to be told and that he wanted their client Andy Symonds, a well-known journalist and author, to do so in all its beauty and raw emotion. The statement continued that, out of respect for the Aaron Carter's family, Andy Symonds has decided to defer the further release of the book at this time.

They added that Aaron Carter was he was more than just a celebrity to everyone; he was a father, a brother, a son, and a friend to many who are still mourning his loss, and press coverage has recently times started focusing on a small series of exchanges during his early years. The more interesting news, according to the publisher, is about Aaron Carter's life and what people could learn from his career, daily struggles, and tragic death.

Aaron Carter’s publicist shared that the late singer, before his untimely death, had mentioned that he wanted nothing to do with the book and had tried to stop it from publishing, whereas the publishers had stated that the book was greenlit, which is sad. The publicist added that publishing the memoir would be against Aaron Carter’s wishes.

The singer’s co-author, Andy Symonds, shared in a statement that he was hired to help tell Aaron Carter’s story to the world, explaining that the story was tragically cut short and was filled with good and bad. Andy added that his life was far from pretty, and understandably, certain people in the public eye do not want some of the stories Aaron told in his memoir to be published, which will not make them any less true or newsworthy.

Andy continued that, in addition to being cathartic for him, Aaron Carter hoped that the book would help others struggling with addiction and mental illness to feel less alone in a world that makes them feel alone. He concluded that he hopes and believes that it will do that.

Aaron Carter died on November 5th after his housekeeper discovered him unconscious in his bathtub. According to a police report, his body was discovered accompanied by numerous cans of the compressor and prescribing pill bottles. The formal cause of Aaron Carter's death has yet to be revealed and is pending toxicology results, but it was reported that he died without a will, but references have decided to share that Aaron Carter was advised by his attorneys to draft a will after the birth of his son, Prince. According to California inheritance laws, Aaron Carter shared Prince with his on-again, off-again fiancée Melanie Martin, and 11-month-old Prince would most probably acquire his rightful inheritance since the "Aaron's Party" singer was unmarried at the time of his death.

Due to ongoing drama, the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services stripped away Prince from the home Aaron Carter shared with Melanie Martin before his death, according to TMZ. Prince has been living with Martin's mother since September, according to the outlet.

Taylor Helgeson, Aaron Carter's manager mentioned to TMZ that Aaron Carter had recently started working on the follow-up album of his 2018's album 'Love 2' with his team. He described that they were told that Aaron was thrilled about making music and was considering it some of his best work yet as he was ready to pour his emotions into the album, addressing many personal issues and laying it all out for his fans, so they could understand exactly him and his struggles.

Taylor added that Aaron's other goal for the project as they were told, was to mend his relationship with Nick and the members of his family. He intended to use the music to express his feelings for them, particularly Nick Carter.
