Raj Kundra is still in detention for 12 days, and now the Skeletons of the Porn Racket are making their way out. Republic Media Network has closely followed the investigation into possible foreign financial transactions linking the businessman and the porn ring, as well as the exploitation of young women looking to make it in the film industry. Republic has learned that the Mumbai Police crime branch investigates foreign transactions by Armers Prime Media Ltd. Kundra was one of its directors until December 2019. Armers Prime Media Ltd had made money transfers to Kernin, a London-based firm in October 2019 and November 2019. Mumbai Police has appointed forensic auditors to examine the foreign transactions.

Kernin, which is a London-based business, owns Hotshots App. This app allowed porn to be circulated online, but all of its content was being produced by Viaan in Mumbai, owned by Raj Kundra.

Republic had previously accessed 16-pages of a mail trail that contained shocking revelations. Kernin raised invoices regarding porn content. Kernin emailed the email trail, and Raj Kundra was included in the copy. Raj Kundra kept up to date with all developments through emails, including the contact information for models that were to be used in the content generation or replacement of venues purportedly used for production.

Businessman, husband of Shilpa Shilpa Shetty -- was arrested by the Mumbai Police in a racket for pornographic content. He was arrested on the evening of July 19. Mumbai Police discovered that models and artists in need of work were being lured into short films and web series, where they were promised roles. After which, they were forced to perform nude or semi-nude scenes.During the investigation, police found electronic and documentary evidence that led to Raj Kundra's house being searched. There, they discovered more incriminating content, which led to his arrest.

Raj Kundra had applied for anticipatory bail to the Sessions Court on Thursday. Kundra had filed an earlier bail plea at Bombay High Court. Currently, he is being held in Judicial custody at Mumbai's Arthur Road Jail (Byculla) for 14 days.

·         According to the official, investigators have not yet found any money in Shilpa's bank accounts.
