Actress Rebel Wilson took to social media on Sunday to share the happy news with her followers that the pair said yes to their forever in a truly magical proposal at Disneyland. She captioned the picture stating that they have said yes and thanked Tiffany and Co. for the stunning ring, along with Bob Iger and the incredible team at Disneyland, for pulling off the magical surprise.
Rebel Wilson also decided to share a couple of pictures from the couple's beautiful moment on her Instagram stories, with one showing the actress carrying the box with the ring inside, and another showing her and her fiancée applauding the happy news at Disneyland after the proposal. The newly engaged couple can be seen wearing similar pink and white striped sweatshirts and jeans in the vicinity of Cinderella's Castle at Anaheim's Disneyland. Ramona Agruma is seen extending out her hand to reveal the breathtaking rock on her finger, while the other photo shows the engaged couple sharing a kiss on the lips.
Rebel Wilson and Ramona Agruma were seen surrounded by large bouquets of pink, white, and yellow roses for their magical moment, with roses on the floor and the air as they applauded the happy moment. Rebel Wilson was holding an engagement ring box from Tiffany's while the couple was both down on one knee. The newly engaged pair spent the rest of the day at the amusement park in ecstasy, grooving in the vicinity of the castle, which popped up to be lit up in rainbow colors to memorialize their union.
Rebel Wilson made clear last week on the Life Uncut Podcast that Ramona Agruma's family has not been very open to the idea of their relationship, whereas her family has been incredible. Rebel also stated that it was significantly challenging for her then-girlfriend and now fiancée to make the information public since, unlike her, she is not constantly in the public eye.
The actress told hosts Brittany Hockley and Laura Byrne that she chooses to believe and sincerely hope that her fiancée's family will reevaluate and embrace them. Ramona Agruma previously explained her relationship with Rebel Wilson and also how things were a little scary in the days and weeks after the couple came out publicly about their relationship during an interview with The Morning Show on July 7.
Ramona Agruma said it was shocking at first and difficult because she is not used to receiving so much attention, and she added that she is more private, more of a homebody. Ramona clarified that this does not mean she does not like to go out and party, but because she is more private, it was somewhat scary at first.
Rebel Wilson also disclosed in November that she has welcomed her first child, Royce, through surrogacy. She continued by stating that having her own family had long been a dream of hers. She wrote at the time that she was "overjoyed" to reveal the birth of her first child, Royce Lillian, who was born via surrogate this week, and that she can not even describe her feelings for her, calling her "a beautiful miracle." She went on to thank everybody who helped her become a mother, especially the surrogate who carried her daughter and birthed her with such kindness and care.
Rebel Wilson talked about becoming a mother and balancing being a mother and Ramona Agruma's partner during an interview on The Today Show in December. She explained that when she held the baby and cut the umbilical cord and it was simply from that moment on, like, amazing and so sentimental adding that it's challenging. Rebel said that she has this big international career, and she is also the breadwinner of her family, so, it's difficult as well, like, now how would she manage her career and be a great mother and a supportive partner and everything?
Ramona Agruma on her part also described co-parenting baby Royce as "life-changing." She said that it's been life-changing adding that it's truly amazing, and she never expected it to feel this way. Ramona stated that it's one of a kind and it's fun for her noting that as if one starts thinking about someone else rather than oneself. Priorities shift when people think, that they would like to have a massage but instead, they end up saying that nope, want to be with her and be at home.
The "Bridesmaids" star has been open regarding her fertility problems, even disclosing that her substantial weight loss was aimed at increasing her chances of becoming pregnant. She said during her Instagram live in July 2021 that that's sort of what started it—that if she managed to lose some extra weight, she'd have a greater chance of freezing eggs and having the eggs be of greater quality. It wasn't even really her; it was more like picturing a future mini-her.
