Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna will face off in court once again on June 20th.

Blac Chyna is gearing up to face ex-fiance Rob Kardashian for her revenge porn lawsuit as it has been set to go to trial after the judge denied Rob Kardashian’s motion to enforce a settlement between the exes.

According to reports, on Thursday, a judge made the ruling in Los Angeles, California, which means Blac Chyna’s "revenge porn" lawsuit will be headed for a trial and the jury selection will begin on Monday. Lynne Ciani, Blac Chyna's lawyer told Entertainment Tonight that Blac Chyna is extremely pleased that the judge has dismissed Rob Kardashian's attempt to enforce their settlement.

A few weeks ago, it was reported that Rob Kardashian had filed a motion in court stating that Blac Chyna had backed out of a deal that would have settled their revenge porn lawsuit. He claimed in the documents that Blac Chyna had agreed to drop the lawsuit if Rob Kardashian would help her in an unrelated lawsuit filed by Blac Chyna’s ex- Pilot James, who sued both Rob and Blac for defaming him, cyberbullying, and emotional distress after the former couple outed him as gay.

The documents filed by Rob Kardashian read that unfortunately, after the parties reached a settlement agreement, Blac Chyna and Lynne Ciani repudiated the agreement and attempted to back out of the contract because Blac Chyna changed her mind and it mentioned that Blac Chyna and her lawyer acted in bad faith.

Following the news of Rob Kardashian's petition being filed, Lynne Ciani claimed in a statement that settlement conversations between two parties are secret under the California law and that Rob Kardashian broke the law by releasing purported information about ongoing settlement discussions. She went on to say that Blac Chyna is authorized to tell whether she is in the process of settling her revenge porn lawsuit against her ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian and that if and when a confidential settlement is made in this matter, Blac Chyna will notify the court first, followed by the media, according to California law.

Now, after the judge’s ruling on Thursday it's clear that Rob Kardashian will have to appear in the courthouse for trial. Lynne Ciani mentioned that without any settlement, Blac Chyna will prove her case to a Los Angeles jury and showcase that Rob Kardashian shared devastating revenge porn pictures of her and exposed her to his millions of followers without her consent.

Lynne Ciani mentioned that revenge porn is a particularly harmful kind of violence aimed mostly toward women and girls. Victims of revenge pornography endure severe anxiety, humiliation, remorse, and powerlessness, and some commit suicide as a result. Rob Kardashian never accepted responsibility for exposing Blac Chyna's nude to the public in 2017, but with this trial, he will be held accountable in a court of law, according to the lawyer.

For the benefit of their daughter, Dream Kardashian, Rob Kardashian's attorneys Todd Eagan claimed that the revenge porn' lawsuit should be dismissed as resolved. Rob's lawyer stated that the reality TV star does not want his daughter to read about the conflict between her parents that would include sexually explicit photographs in a year, five years, or 10 years. He also mentioned that there were email agreements that constitutes a signed writing. Lynne Ciani responded that there is a tiny girl involved in this case, which is one of the reasons Blac Chyna is pressing through with it, and added that she wants her kid to understand that having naked images shared against your consent, no matter who it is, is not acceptable. She also clarified that the emails were just proposals and discussions and if there was an amount decided, they wouldn't be at the courthouse.

Blac Chyna filed a "revenge porn" lawsuit against Rob Kardashian in 2017 alleging that he took to his social media and shared a video of her kissing another man, leading to accusations and allegations of cheating. Things got really bad between the two when Rob Kardashian posted Blac Chyna's nude pictures on his social media, after which Blac Chyna obtained a restring order against the sock designer.

Rob Kardashian's account was briefly disabled as a result of the public prank, but that didn't stop him from continuing his diatribe against Chyna on Twitter, where he made further infidelity charges against her and shared the same video of a mysterious man kissing her.
