Savannah Chrisley shares her emotions about her father and step-mother’s tax fraud conviction.

Savannah Chrisley, daughter of Todd Chrisley and step-mother Julie Chrisley, recently opened up about the controversy and the media coverage surrounding her parents’ tax fraud case, in which they were found guilty and could face up to 30 years of prison. She is also said to take over the couple's podcast after or if they will be directed for their prison time.

The caption she shared on her social media read that she has been sitting this morning and reflecting on life, pre-storm and post-storm. (Probably pre-verdict and post-verdict) She continued that there is one thing she can say, which is that she is thankful for the ones who choose to love and love hard no matter how difficult the situations might be. Savannah posted a video montage of images of herself with her friends and family on social media with the caption.

The pre-storm period according to Savannah was hurried and full of activities that were not important, the description said, but halfway through the film, there is a changeover that shows more family time, quiet time, and wonderful times. Because it confirms to her that God is the one who does everything, she expressed an odd sort of gratitude for the storm. Savannah said that anything the enemy used to try to harm you may be utilized by God to help you develop. In the process of discovering oneself, she continued, thus no matter what occurs in life, always choose love.

Savannah claims that the family and friend moments in the video montage are what will improve her as a daughter, sister, friend, partner, future mother, and God's daughter. Savannah claimed in her description that God is slowing her down and transforming her heart, a process she is eager to go through. Savannah thanked everyone for sticking by her family and showing love and support despite the difficult circumstances.

Savannah had previously shared a lengthy quote about positive thinking on her social media after the verdict was announced, and said that before anyone continues to read, she would urge them to be kind and add that life’s cruel and they are all doing the best they could. The daughter said that she will continue to stand by her family and fight for justice and will keep believing in God. She said in the post that she is assured that God will use every hardship and adversity they go through to strengthen them and prepare them for an even greater purpose.

On June 7th, Julie and Todd Chrisley were found guilty of conspiring to commit tax fraud, bank fraud, and government fraud. Julie was also held responsible for wire fraud. The couple's attorney, Steve Friedberg, stated in a statement to People that they are both heartbroken and furious by the verdict and that they will appeal. According to the statement, Julie and Todd are grateful for the love and support they have received from their loved ones, friends, and supporters. Prosecutors claim that Todd and Julie made up paperwork to get $30 million in bank loans to support their opulent lives and Julie also submitted fictitious credit card records and bank statements, which were exposed during the three-week trial.

To avoid having to pay them more than the $20 million they owed them, the couple allegedly filed for bankruptcy, according to Atlanta's WSB-TV. The Chrisleys racked up the $30 million debt between 2007 and 2012, two years before their reality program debuted in the United States, according to prosecutors, who told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The performers allegedly misrepresented their earnings from Chrisley Knows Best and the amount Todd owed in delinquent taxes in 2009, according to the prosecution. They were charged with creating the 7C's Productions shell business in Julie's name to thwart the IRS from recovering the $500,000 owing from 2009.

On their Chrisley Confessions podcast, the couple briefly shared about how the situation is looking for them right now and said that it’s a tough time for the family but they have faith in God who is going to help them come out of this tough time.

The pair acknowledged that they are not permitted to discuss the matter much, but they also stated that they will eventually be able to do so. For the time being, they expressed their gratitude for being alive and well as well as for the love and support they have received. The couple intends to appeal the judgment, according to their attorney.

The pair is devout in their beliefs and will battle until they are vindicated. They have their priorities straight and are now focused on the welfare of their children and Todd's mother, Elizabeth Faye Chrisley. Bruce Morris, another attorney for the couple, said that they are disappointed with the verdict but are planning to appeal.
