Taylor Lautner might soon get to stand on the wedding altar waiting for his bride.
Taylor Lautner shared the happy news of popping the question to his girlfriend Tay Dome this Saturday. Twilight posted an Instagram post on his account and shared the inside peeks of the time when he posed the question to his girlfriend. The star gushed about the good news on his post, saying how all his dreams for his life came true with his girlfriend saying "Yes" to him. The November 11 post read: “1.11.2021. And just like that, all of my wishes came true.”
The Instagram post featured the star kneeling down on one knee amidst a backdrop of the most romantic setting you can think of. With rose petals strewn around the scene, candles illuminating their happily lit up faces, and a fireplace in the back, the two posed engulfed in their love for each other. The picture also debuted a neon pink sign hanging on the wall that said "Lautner," and was lit up behind the delighted couple.
His fiancee shared her emotions as she commented "FOREVER AND EVER BABY," down the post. His now-fiancee also shared the same picture as that of Lautner's Instagram post and captioned it: "My absolute best friend…I CANNOT WAIT TO SPEND FOREVER WITH YOU.”
The couple then proceeded to share their stunning ring with the world. The next picture showed Latner and Dome in a playful embrace while Dome held out her ring finger to show off the beautiful piece. The Instagram post by Lautner read: “Cannot wait to spend forever with you @taydome You love me unconditionally. You don’t put up with my ( poop emoji ). You calm me when I’m anxious. You make me laugh way too much. You make every single day spent with you so special. And, most importantly, you make me a better person. I can’t thank you enough for what you’ve brought to my life. I love you forever.”
He also wrote: "You are the most amazing soul I've ever had the honor of knowing. I strive to be more like you every day. This is going to be your best year yet, and I can't wait to experience it with you."
Now that the two are engaged, it is definitely the best year ever for the couple!
People informed that the ring with which Lautner proposed to his girlfriend was customized for the couple. Specially made, it consisted of an oval-cut diamond sourced from Ring Concierge. The two had started their relationship back in 2018. Letting the world know of their beautiful relationship, Lautner and Dome had shared pictures with their followers where they were seen donning matching Halloween costumes. The picture also debuts on Dome's Instagram account, where she has mentioned that she is a registered nurse.
This year in March, the couple had come together to celebrate Tay Dome's birthday. Lautner had shared a celebratory post on his Instagram account appreciating his girlfriend back then. The post had gone on to call Dome “the most amazing soul I’ve ever had the honor of knowing.” “I strive to be more like you every day. This is going to be your best year yet, and I can’t wait to experience it with you. Love, boy Tay,” he had said in his post.
Soon, Taylor Lautner's friends and family started to pour in and add their own happy messages to his post. Nikki Reed, his Twilight co-star from back in the day, shared that the news made her so happy that she might cry out of joy. Her comment read: “Oh my goodness! This makes me want to cry! Wow!!Congrats to you both.” Actor Patrick Schwarzenegger also added his congratulations, where he said, “I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU! LOVE YOU. And yes, I’ll be the flower boy.”
Another friend to share his congratulations for the couple was musician Chad Tepper couldn't refrain from joking as he wrote, “I always thought we would end up together every girl after seeing this and every guy. Congrats brother." While many friends shared their delight for the beautiful relationship the couple will be starting now, but the happiest of all has to be Makena Lautner, Taylor Lautner's sister. The lovely lady shared how happy she is to get a sister ( in-law ) as Tay would finally become a part of their family. She commented: "My heart has never been more full. I'm finally getting a sister!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
