Marvel Studios' upcoming superhero epic The Eternals film tickets are finally on sale now as it is just days away from its official release date which is 5th November 2021. The tickets for the blockbuster are currently on sale on Fandango. According to the ticketing service, the film is over two hours and thirty minutes long, making it one of the longest-running time movies in the superhero-based franchise MCU.

Prior to the tickets for the film going officially on sale, Marvel dropped brand new character posters from the much-awaited film. The 10 super detailed posters included superheroes such as Sersi (Gemma Chan), Ikaris (Richard Madden), Kingo (Kumail Nanjiani), Sprite (Lia McHugh), Phastos (Brian Tyree Henry), Makkari (Lauren Ridloff), Druig (Barry Keoghan), Gilgamesh (Don Lee), Ajak (Salma Hayek), and Thena (Angelina Jolie).

While the film is all set to launch in theatres, the cast and crew of the film are busy promoting it around the globe, fans and followers are getting to know more and more details about the film and the big impact it will have on the future of Marvel Cinematic Universe.

"I think a big part of it is that audiences will be discovering the origin of the MCU through the mythology of the Celestials, I think by the end of the film, we will have a new understanding of planet Earth’s relationship with the cosmos, and also with her own inhabitants. But in that sense, it [will] have a huge effect on the future of the MCU," Chloe Zhao revealed what is it that the fans and followers could expect from the movie, in an interview.

Marvel Studios The Eternals will feature a sprawling cast of Salma Hayek in the role of Ajak, Angelina Jolie in the role of Thena, Brian Tyree Henry in the role of Phastos, Richard Madden in the role of Ikaris, Gemma Chan in the role of Sersi, Lauren Ridloff in the role of Makkari, Lia McHugh in the role of Sprite, Kumail Nanjiani in the role of Kingo, Barry Keoghan in the role of Druig, Don Lee in the role of Gilgamesh, Kit Harrington in the role of Dane Whitman with additional actors including Harish Patel, Haaz Steiman as Phastos' husband, Ozer Ercan as a smuggler and Zain Al Rafeea in an unknown role. The film has been inspired by Marvel Comics, where the fictional superhero characters appear, the characters were first featured in the cover of Eternals #1 released in July 1976 and was created by the legendary artist and writer Jack Kirby.

Patrick Burleigh, Ryan Firpo, and Kaz Firpo are in charge of writing the screenplay of the film. It will be distributed by the media and entertainment conglomerate Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures and is produced under the banner of Marvel Studios.

As confirmed by Marvel Studios President of Physical and Post Production Victoria Alonso the film before making its way into the theatres will first be screened at the Rome International film festival, scheduled to begin on 14th October.
