Finally, after a long wait, the superhero fans are happy as The Warner Bros. Studio on Sunday, unveiled the official teaser of the upcoming superhero epic The Flash, slated to release in the theatres on November 4, 2022. The trailer, while not giving away too much detail to the fans, definitely provided an idea around the storyline of the much-anticipated film and it also unveiled new looks of Michael Keaton's Batman, Ezra Miller's brand new classic suit, Sasha Calle's Supergirl, the second version of Flash and more.

Ezra Miller unveiled the official teaser saying that he is very excited to release it as the fans will get an idea of what it is that they could expect from the long-delayed superhero film. "We`re very excited to show you the movie. We wanted to show you a teaser but we can`t because we don`t have enough material yet. ... But we do have this small sneak peek," Miller said.

Miller added saying he and the director Andy have together worked on the teaser and he hopes that the audience is going to love every bit of it."But we do have this small sneak peek that my maestro Andy (Muschietti) and I have put together that we really hope you enjoyed and I will see you in theatres later next year or more importantly, you will see," Miller added.

The 29-year-old actor Ezra Miller previously played the role of Flash in DC's three other blockbusters Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice released in 2016, Suicide Squad released in 2016, Justice League released in 2017,  and Zack Snyder's Justice League released in 2021.

The fans and followers were already expecting the teaser to drop at the 2021 DC FanDome as it was earlier announced by the director Andy Muschietti himself that the fans will get a surprise at the 2021 DC FanDome.

While Ezra Miller will be leading the film in the role of Flash, an alter ego of Barry Allen, he will be joined by Ben Affleck in the role of Bruce Wayne also known as Batman, who previously played the superhero role in Batman V Superman: The Dawn Justice, Suicide Squad, Justice League and Zack Synder's Justice League, Michael Keaton in the role of another version of The Dark Knight, Keaton also played the role of the Caped Crusader in 1989's Batman film and 1992's Batman Returns, Sasha Calle in the role of Supergirl, Kiersey Clemons in the role of Iris West, Maribel Verdú in the role of Nora Allen, Ron Livingston in the role of Henry Allen, Saoirse-Monica Jackson, Rudy Mancuso, and Luke Brandon Field.

The film is based on the popular DC storyline Flashpoint and is directed by 48-year-old 'IT' director Andy Muschietti and produced by Michael Disco and Barbara Muschietti, the film is the 12th part of the superhero-based universe, DC Extended Universe. Christina Hodson(Birds of Prey) penned the script of the film.

The film's story is likely to continue after the events of Justice League with the main focus on the superhero character of Flash also known as Barry Allen.
