The Kardashians are synonymous with drama, and by far, they only manage to stay a few hours without making headlines. The reality TV family has a lot of controversies and legal suits to its name, many of which tend to chase them over the years. This time it is their brother Rob Kardashian's ex-girlfriend and baby mama who is summoning them to the courts.

As revealed by E! News, it was found that the family of famous TV personalities is called to court by Blac Chyna, but Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Khloe Kardashian have refused to answer the subpoenas and have cross-filed suits to "quash" the warrants. They even went on to call the legal proceedings "unwarranted annoyance.”

Rob Kardashian himself is to soon face his former partner and the mother of his daughter, Dream Kardashian, in courts in February 2012, but the other famous Kardashians have also been dragged into the battle. Blac Chyna, whose real name is Angela White, has asked for warrants summoning the Kardashian family to the courts to sit through the hearings as the formerly engaged couple will begin their legal battle.

However, the legal teams of the Kardashian/Jenners have already submitted papers as of December 14, stating that the judge quashes subpoenas because the famous celebs will not be able to make it amidst their many other appointments.

"The subpoenas must be quashed because they present an unwarranted annoyance, embarrassment, oppression, and undue burden on the Non-Parties who have already been examined exhaustively by Ms. White in the related matter," the legal teams stated as revealed by E! News. "Ms. White has no basis for wanting to depose these Non-Parties again on the same issues, other than to harass and burden the Kardashians/Jenners and generate headlines forcing the Non-Parties to file this motion."

The lawyers of the family also added, "The court should reject Ms. White's misuse of the discovery process and quash the subpoenas." Hence, all in all, the subpoenas will be "excessively disruptive and burdensome to force their additional depositions to take place on such short notice."

Still, Blac Chyna's lawyers are also not letting down, and advocate Lynne Ciani revealed, "Angela White will respectfully ask the trial court to enforce the deposition subpoenas. The Kardashians/Jenners are not above the law. Indeed, even people who run 'billion-dollar enterprises' (to quote the Kardashian/Jenner court documents) must comply with valid subpoena powers of California's superior courts."

The former couple, Rob Kardashian, aged 34, and Blac Chyna, aged 33, got together in January 2016, when they became parents to their daughter that year in November. They soon broke up a year later in 2017.

That year Rob claimed that Chyna had inflicted him with domestic abuse back in December 2016, while Chyna's lawyer has stated that "no violent attack" had taken place. On the other hand, Chyna went on to accuse Kris, Khloe, Kim, and Kylie of lying about the domestic violence allegation and sued the celebs.

But this is not all of the Kardashian drama that has been following the family. Here are a few more pages from the headline-making controversies from the lives of the Kardashian/ Jenners.

First and foremost, who would ever forget Kim Kardashian getting married to Kris Humphries only for 72 days?! Just a couple of months into their marriage, Humphries filed for divorce, claiming 'fraud' as the reason behind his decision.

Stating what went wrong, he told Access Hollywood in February 2012, “To me, it was real.” “I would never go through something and do something that wasn’t real, or I didn’t believe in, so I can really only speak for myself in terms of that.”

Soon Kim Kardashian went in ahead with Kanye West and now the couple shares four children together. Unfortunately enough, the two have also split after six years of their marriage, and while Kanye West is continuously pestering the KKW owner to come back to him, Kim has moved on right ahead with Pete Davidson. In the passing days, she also filed for being considered legally single, and apart from dropping the last name 'West' from her name.

Looking back to her failed marriage with Humphries, Kim noted in June 2021, “I felt pressure, I thought I was going to let everyone down. The show paid us, obviously, a fee to film the show. I took my entire fee and probably Kris’ because I wanted a bigger wedding than what they were going to pay for. So I used all of our production money on the wedding. So, if that was, like, fake, I would have saved my money!”

This was soon followed by Kourtney Kardashian and her whirlwind romance with drummer Travis Barker. The two are now engaged and going strong, but their relationship did not come without their own fair share of difficulty, most notably of which is Kourtney's ex-partner and the father of her children, Scott Disick

The two had started their relationship in 2006 and called it quits in 2015 after three children together when Kourtney saw Scott being a little too cozy with another woman. Travis and Kourtney were friends for a long time before they turned lovers, and the two are definitely doing great, minus that one time Scott thought it was okay to text Kourtney's ex and mention her PDA with her new boo.

Scott Disick messaged Younes Bendjima on Instagram, whom Kourtney dated from 2016 to 2018, and wrote, “Yo is this chick ok!????? Brooo like, what is this. In the middle of Italy.” Apparently, the celebrity was referring to Kourtney and Travis kissing during their Italy vacation, and Bendjima went on to post the DMs on his story, saying, “Don’t matter to me as long as she’s happy. PS: i aint your bro.”
