Spoilers Alert!!!!

Spider-Man: No Way Home will not leave a single fan without tears in their eyes, and Green Goblin made quite sure of it. A specific scene from the latest Spidey movie is bound to have all fans hiccuping and wiping at their eyes frantically.

Fans always knew that the franchise would not go without a bang. Considering that it was a literal war between Peter Parker and the bad guys, someone close to the web spewing hero had to suffer the wrath of the evil guys. Possibly the final installment of Spider-Man featuring Tom Holland, creators had to make sure that the fans of the film series will not forget the film any time soon. Seeing that all the villains from other Peter Parker universes made it to Tom Holland Spider-verse, Peter can not help but regret the decision that brought the doom of someone very beloved to him.

It is finally the sinister Green Goblin who manages to take a swipe at Peter Parker. Most saddening is the fact that Peter had actually been trying to save the villains so that they won't end up dead, but Green Goblin turns traitor, pulling all other villains to his side. Only Doc Ock stands by Peter.

As Green Goblin shows his true colors, a horrifying battle ensues between the evil lord and the web-slinger. Green Goblin is more vicious than ever, unrelentingly pelting Peter Parker with blows even when he is down. Seeing the pitiful condition of her beloved Peter, Aunt May jumps onto the fight scene, but Green Goblin only inflicts more blows, clipping her with a glider and throwing a pumpkin bomb at her. Peter unsuccessfully tries intervening, but the damage is already done.

Fans have a few seconds of hope seeing Aunt May be just fine and tell Peter that she is going to be fine. However, her voice sounds shaky, and she only managed to say, “With great power, there must come great responsibility,” before she takes her last breath with Peter Parker at her side. Peter is definitely shaken, utterly breaking down, and Tom Holland manages to capture the essence of the character magnificently as he portrays Peter lamenting the death of his last family member.

The star loses his will to help the villains and reinstate them in their healing processes as he tries coping in a world where Aunt May no longer exists. The shattered hero no longer wants to play the savior of the world, and this is exactly where the months of speculation of Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire reprising their roles for Spider-Man comes to play.

Both Tom Holland and Andrew Garfield had been persistent in denying that the actors would once again donne their Spider-Man costumes. But now that the films are rolling in the cinemas, fans can have a definite answer to the question, finally ending the long wait for answers.

Especially as Alfred Molina, Willem Dafoe, Thomas Hayden Church, Rhys Ifans, and Jamie Foxx were said to have reprised their roles as the most formidable villains over the three consecutive Spider-Man franchises, it less or more solidified the fact that the other two Spideys would also be making a come back. The Marvel Cinematic Universe has been playing with the multiverse trope for some time, and seeing that Dr. Strange is the latest mentor of Peter Parker, a trip to other Spider-Man worlds was almost warranted.

But are they actually in Spider-Man: No Way Home?

Well, Yes!!! All the three Spider-Man get to star in the film together as the two previous beloved actors of the franchise come to portray their roles along with Tom Holland. Apparently, as Peter Parker gives up on all hope of life after Aunt May's tragic death, the two return to help the young man.

It all comes to transpire as MJ and Ned find Peter Parker, who goes MIA after the Green Goblin fight, and Ned uses Dr. Strange's sling ring in the hopes of finding Tom Holland's Peter. But as they open the portal into the worlds, Ned and MJ are greeted by Andrew as Spider-Man, who tells that he himself is a Spider-Man/Peter Parker in his own Spider-verse.

Ned and MJ try again to find their own Peter Parker, and as they knock into another world, they meet Tobey's Peter Parker, who gets acquainted with Andrew. They decide that Tom's Peter needs their help. Ned and MJ decide they should check if Tom's Peter is hiding in his hiding spot, and as a Spider-Man fan, nothing could ever prepare you to see all the three of them come together!

The rest is, of course, for you to find out what the franchise has in store, but the two Peters from distant worlds manage to help Tom's Peter get a grip on himself and do what is necessary for saving the world.
