Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey, who starred in the NBC comedy series "The Office," have reportedly released a book which is titled "The Office BFFs: Tales of The Office from Two Best Friends Who Were There," and it revolves around friendship they have built over the years and their experience while filming The Office, as well as detailing some never heard incidents from the show.

The co-stars explain that the episode, named Work Bus, had a guest director, Bryan Cranston, who is most known for playing Walter White or Heisenberg in "Breaking Bad" and was well-known in the crystal methamphetamine circles, and Angela adds that it was a complete coincidence of what happened that day while filming.

Giving a reference to the episode in which Rainn Wilson's character 'Dwight Schrute' established a makeshift workstation for the staff to operate in while the Dunder Mifflin building was being restored. John Krasinski's character Jim Halpert suggests that office workers could take a few days off until the office is complete, but Dwight recommended that they establish a mobile office and continue working. So they hired a bus with a mobile office.

Because they were transferring offices, Jim suggested they go to the best rural pie store in Pennsylvania, and after a lot of discussions, Dwight agreed to drive the bus there. Jenna Fischer explained that the producers had to hire a stunt driver to film Dwight Schrute's bad driving and that for the scene to look realistic on screen, the cast decided to stay on the bus as they traveled down the highway, which is when the show's assistant director asked the stunt driver to go off course.

Angela Kinsey said after the driver was asked to swerve , he cranked the wheel like Cole Trickle in "Days of Thunder," that no one thought about what might have happened when they told the him to swerve as hard as he could and he did without flipping the bus. She added that their office furniture, props, or set decorations were not securely tied down so everything started falling apart before stating that they were all crammed against the bus's side. Angela went onto explain that Ellie Kemper's chair crashed into Jake Lacy's and Jake Lacy's collided with her, which was when she was slammed against the glass window. There were papers everywhere and a few of them collapsed on the bus floor, adding that she got ahold of the desk lamp as it slid into her lap, and they could barely see them because so many things had fallen on top of them. Ellie Kemper also shared the incident in her interview with Insider in 2019 and added that she laughed so hard that she wet herself while filming the episode.

Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey noted in their book that the episode's filming was hampered by additional issues, such as the show's personnel hooking up the hot tin can with a portable air conditioner, which everyone was excited about until they discovered that the portable A/C unit was right next to the bus' exhaust pipe stating that they were being slow poisoned.

The Office BFFs book will include never-before-heard situations, never-before-seen cast photos, and much more in the book. Jenna and Angela have also discussed the show on their podcast, "Office Ladies." In the book, one incident that was also touched upon was Steve Carell’s farewell episode, where the cast of Dunder Mifflin, to commemorate their time with Michael in Scranton, employees decide to sing a memorable, touching parody of Rent's "Seasons of Love," which Steve was completely unaware of.

According to the BFFs, the actor had some inkling that the cast was doing something, but he did not expect all of them to sing Seasons of Love, and the audience's reaction to Micahel Scott was genuine. Jenna recalled that it was really hard for them to film the goodbye scene the first time because everyone was emotional and Ed Helm's voice could be heard breaking before the song began as he went ahead to say to Michael a thank you for everything. She added that it was hard but they pulled it off with a lot of tears later.
