The Try Guys speak out on Ned Fulmer’s shocking infidelity scandal.

The Try Guys, Zach Kornfeld, Keith Habersberger, and Eugene Lee Yang, uploaded a video on Monday where they opened up about how the future of The Try Guys looks.

Zach Kornfeld said that Ned Fulmer is no longer with The Try Guys and said that by now they are assuming that everyone has read and seen the Reddit threads and TikToks, tweets, and news articles, but they wanted to give their audience a timeline of what has transpired and some transparency into their decision making of no longer working with Ned Fulmer. Zach continued that in the video there will be things that they would want to say or go into further, but they are sure that everyone is aware that there are some legal issues that they have to consider as they go through everything.

Keith Habersberger said the decision was made after several fans reported witnessing Ned Fulmer and a coworker engaging in public sexual conduct over Labor Day weekend. Keith revealed that Ned admitted the affair and that it has been going on in the shadows for some time.Keith Habersberger further said that it was very shocking for them and they just wanted the fans to know that they had no idea that Ned Fulmer had a secret affair with a colleague and all that information was just as shocking to them as it was to the audience.

Eugene Lee Yang further added that there was a three-week investigation that involved lawyers, publicists, and human resources experts to oversee the process and added that from the jump, they were acutely aware of just how contrary this was to the values of the company they had built over the years and those of everyone who works with them. Eugene continued that this is something that they take very seriously and they refuse to sweep things under the rug as that is not who they are and what they stand for.

Zach Kornfeld then added that as soon as the scandal unfolded for them, Ned Fulmer was immediately removed from any connections and has been edited out of the videos as well, adding that an HR consultant also conducted a review of Ned Fulmer’s behavior. Zac continued to inform the viewers that some videos have been deemed completely unsuitable for release, and the audience will never see them. He played a role in that. He pointed out that even though they have lost a lot of money as a result of the change, they still stand by and are proud of their choice.

Keith Habersberger said that although they could not share many details about the review, Ned Fulmer had engaged in conduct unbecoming of their team and they knew that they could not move forward with him anymore. Zach Kornfeld, Keith Habersberger, and Eugene Lee Yang signed documents on September 16 stating that Ned Fulmer would no longer be a manager or employee of the company 2nd Try LLC. Keith said that they decided not to go public immediately with the news because of the families that were involved, and Eugene added that they were incredibly shocked and deeply hurt by everything that had happened.

Eugene continued that they feel disheartened, not just individually, but also on behalf of their staff and the fans who believed in them for so many years. He mentioned that Ned Fulmer is someone who, along with the three of them had worked very hard to develop a brand and a company for eight years. Zac concluded by saying that it's difficult to rewatch the old videos that they love and are proud of, so they are unsure whether they will ever be able to truly express the anguish they feel right now.

In addition to losing a manager or employee, according to Zac, they are also losing a buddy with who they created a company with and who they have many happy memories. He explained that they recently made a TV show and that they are confident that many of their fans would feel the same way. He then apologized to the fans, saying that they are sorry that this ever occurred, and the trio came to the conclusion that they are at a loss for words.

Keith went ahead to appreciate their employees as some of the most talented creative minds in the world and said that they should not be the targets of the negativity on the internet that is directed towards their brand because none of them had done anything. The trio said that the priority of The Try Guys is now to make sure that their staff is comfortable and proud of coming to work.

The trio informed the audience that, moving forward, Ned Fulmer would be edited out of the videos that they filmed before the fallout, but he could appear in some sponsored videos that they had filmed before everything went down the hill. Eugene asked the people to respect the ones impacted by the situation and said that the intern tends to be harsher towards women than men, but they would like to request the fans to be kind.

Zac stated that things will change as a result of the circumstance, and everyone hopes for positive growth but added that changes are never easy and that this whole situation will be extremely difficult. They all stated that they are simply doing their best to work things out one day at a time. They continued by expressing gratitude to everyone for their support and arriving at the conclusion that they were eager to reveal the Try Guys' upcoming new era to their followers.
