Tiffany Haddish breaks her silence on molestation allegations.

A 22-year-old woman who was identified as Jane Doe and a minor, her younger brother, who was identified as John Doe in California’s Superior Court for Los Angeles County, sued actress Tiffany Haddish and comedian Aries Spears.

Jane Doe claims Tiffany Haddish groomed them and left them scarred for life in the court filings she submitted. The actress and the comedian are being sued for sexual violence, sexual harassment, sexual abuse of a minor, willful infliction of mental distress, and gross negligence. For carelessness, oversight, failure to warn, violation of fiduciary responsibility, and constructive fraud, Tiffany Haddish is being sued.

Jane Doe and John Doe claimed that Tiffany Haddish had been a family friend of their mother for a long time and that in 2013 when Jane was 14 years old, the actress had taken her to the set of a sexually explicit Subway commercial. Tiffany had told Jane at the time that the commercial would be a way for her to get on television and would be featured in the teen's film reel.

According to the filings, Tiffany Haddish saw a man and a woman in a video and then taught Jane Doe how to engage in impermissible sex practices. According to Jane Doe's complaint, Tiffany Haddish's portrayal of a comparable moment in her 2017 film, Girls Trip, helped her understand the gravity of what had occurred to her and helped unlock her memories.

When Tiffany Haddish informed John Doe that he would be shooting a reel for Nickelodeon at comedian Aries Spears' house in 2014, John Doe claimed that Aries Spears had sexually assaulted him. In that location, Tiffany Haddish reportedly informed Jane Doe that she need John Doe's privacy and led him to a room where Spears started molesting the boy, who was 7 at the time, on camera. According to court records, Tiffany Haddish aided, abetted, and watched Aries Spears sexually molest a youngster during the alleged event. John Doe also claims in a statement that Aries Spears and Tiffany Haddish offered him a cocktail that gave him "happy face candy" and left him tired. He claims that Haddish also gave the siblings $100.

According to the lawsuit, the allegedly offensive video was posted on "Funny or Die" in 2014 before being taken down in May. The plaintiffs, who were both juveniles, were unable to provide their consent to take part in sexually explicit recordings that were disseminated and broadcast through the "Funny or Die" website. No guardian or parent was present. Since their purported meetings, Jane Doe claims she and her younger brother have experienced severe harm. The lawsuit claims that plaintiff Jane Doe is 22 years old and has never been in a relationship.

She worries that she may once more be taken advantage of and led astray by false trust, just as Tiffany Haddish did. It continues by noting that John Doe now suffers from a social condition, depression, and anxiety and that he remains in his room at home and covers the cameras on his devices out of fear of being observed or filmed. According to the complaint, Jane Doe is John Doe's current guardian and has experienced mental health problems herself.

In her response, Tiffany Haddish said that while she is aware that there are many questions and that she is right here with everyone, she is currently unable to respond to any of them due to an ongoing legal matter. She also said that while the sketch was meant to be comedic, she regrets having agreed to participate in it because it was not at all funny. As soon as she can, Tiffany said she hopes to be able to talk about the matter in greater detail.

According to a statement made by Tiffany Haddish's legal team, Jane and John Doe's mother has been attempting to make these false accusations against the actress for several years, but every lawyer who took on the case ultimately dropped it once it became clear that the accusations were without foundation and that Tiffany Haddish would not be blackmailed. Additionally, her lawyer stated that since her daughter is now an adult, she is now representing her in the case and that both of them would be held accountable for their conduct has been frivolous.
