Kim Kardashian’s trainer Don A Matrix defends the reality TV star after the backlash for her MET Gala dress.

Kim Kardashian received backlash after she mentioned that she had to lose 16 pounds to fit into her Met Gala dress, which was Marilyn Monore’s iconic dress that she wore to former President J.F. Kennedy’s birthday which was designed by Jean Louis. Kim mentioned that she wore sauna suit twice a day, ran on treadmill and decided to cut all sugar and carbs from her diet for a month to fit into the dress. She clarified that it was not like that she was starving herself but it was a strict diet.

The beauty mogul’s trainer recently responded by saying that she lost 16 pounds in three weeks in a healthy way and not like how people are assuming. Don A Matrix shared with TMZ that it’s one of the misconceptions that she has it easy, but the reality is that she works hard to achieve what she wants. The trainer added that he was with Kim Kardashian through the entire process and it was nothing like she was starving herself to fit into a dress that she wore to a red carpet.

Don A Matrix shared that Kim Kardashian has been on a real balanced diet and at times she did not eat as much, but then the second thing is that she went to the gym and put in real effort. The trainer has worked with Khloe Kardashian over the years and said that Kim Kardashian would work out twice a day sometimes. He added that one can healthily lose 20 pounds if one wants to and people should stop assuming that Kim Kardashian does not put in her efforts.

After Kim Kardashian shared in her Vogue Red Carpet interview that when she tried the dress for the first time she was not able to fit into it, she almost felt like crying because the dress could not be altered according to her size, but then she decided to lose weight to fit into the dress. She added that she did not eat carbs and sugar for a month. After her interview, actress Lili Reinhart, who has been vocal about her body image issues, did not like how Kim Kardashian said it on camera and called out the reality TV star, saying without naming her on her one of the Instagram rants, that this is so wrong, so fucked up on 100s of levels.

Lili added that when someone knows that they are being watched and people look up to them, then why would they go ahead and say something like this for people to hear? She described it as "disgusting" for celebrities to admit to starving themselves to fit into a fucking dress and walk the red carpet.

According to reports, Kim Kardashian said in her red carpet interview that she is very respectful of the American history and would never do anything that could harm the dress including her body makeup which she usually does, so as soon as she entered the hall, she changed into a replica of the iconic dress for dance and fancy fete.

Kim Kardashian also revealed on her social media that after the MET GALA, she changed into another Marilyn Monore's Norman Norell dress which the late actress had worn to the 1962s Golden Globe Awards and won the Henrietta Award For World Film Favorite. The reality TV star explained that while she was looking out for Jean Louis's hand-beaded dress which she wore on the red carpet she found that Heritage Auctions owned the Norman Norell dress.

Kim added that her florist Jeff Leatham happened to have acquired Marilyn Monroe’s Golden Globe award from that very night, making for a perfect accessory for the fashion mogul. She added in her caption that she viewed all of this as a sign like everything had aligned for her and mentioned that it had been her life's privilege to channel her inner Marilyn on such a special night. She thanked Julien's Auctions and everyone who made her evening special and memorable.

Some of the nutritionists including registered nutritionist Hannah Alderson shared that she wanted to fit into the dress and she had very little time to loose weight so cutting of sugar and carbs from diet and working out rigorously can affect the body in a negative way. She also added that it's not healthy but it did work for Kim KardashianCharlotte Faure Green is an another registered nutritionist who mentioned the way Kim lost weight is not healthy and could affect period cycles.

Although she looked stunning in both the dresses but audience was not very pleased with the idea of Kim Kardashian wearing late actress' dresses and did comment on her picture that she shouldn't have worn her dress. But there were other people who complimented her for her dedication and how beautiful she looked.
