Wondering what Jennifer Aniston is up to these days? The infamous Friends alum is having quite the time of her life and recently shared a video of performing some sophisticated yoga moves. Needless to say, the actress is pretty good at it.

In her Instagram post shared on December 17, the actress looked just as experienced as a professional yoga instructor. Extremely good at her art, the famous star worked out in her home, and soon several celebrities joined to let her know how good she is at yoga.

Octavia Spencer, the Ma star, added her appreciation as she wrote, "So cute!!!!," and paired it with clapping hand emojis for the applause. Other celebrities like Poppy Delevingne and more also praised the actress. And though Jennifer might score top marks if she ever appears for a yoga exam, her animated dog Clydeo, can not hope for passing. The animated dog is based on Jennifer's real furry buddy, Schauzer, who accompanied the actress while she pulled off those difficult moves.

Clydeo, himself has an Instagram account dedicated to his love for "finer things in life," but he pretty much flunked his yoga classes. In his post with Jennifer, the animated doggo wrote, "Hi, I’m Clydeo! I love food and the finer things in life. This is my first time doing yoga and I gotta say, it’s very, very hard." Jennifer paired the post with" "Soooooo close, @callmeclydeo 🧘🏼‍♀️."

Wishing all the best to Clydeo in his future yoga adventures!

Apart from getting great at yoga and adopting an animated pet, Jennifer has a lot going on these days. The actress had first risen to fame back in 1994 when she got to play the legendary character of Rachel Greene from Friends and still continues to be loved for her role! An icon in the industry, Jen has led Hollywood ahead both in terms of talent and fashion. In fact, her hairstyle from Friends eventually became to be debuted as 'Rachel'; and it is safe to say that many people wanted it back in the 90s.

Currently, Jennifer Aniston is making waves with her Apple TV+ series The Morning Show, where she plays the role of a TV news anchor, along with Reese Witherspoon. Recently, the show has come under hot water for trying to portray the struggles of working-class people who had to endure work from home conditions amidst the pandemic. Still, Jennifer feels great working in front of the cameras and is making the most of it.

Talking about the series, Jennifer told LA Times, “That show was 20 years of therapy wrapped into 10 episodes. There were times when I would read a scene and feel like a whole manhole cover was taken off my back.” The actress added, "Cathartic, yes, and also interesting for me to look at how I always have tried to normalize being fine and ‘everything’s great, you know, this is all normal,’ and then there are moments when you have your private breakdown."

Having made a major mark in the industry, the actress has earned around $300 million, and being one of the most popular actresses worldwide on the small and big screen, she continues to make more. Apart from being a thoroughly season actress, Jennifer has also tried her hands at directing and producing and is also the co-founder of a production company, Echo Films.

The actress is also counted amongst the highest-paid actors of all time, taking $1 million per episode for her Friends appearances in the last two seasons. She continues to benefit from the series as it is streamed worldwide and brings the actors royalties.

More than two decades after her first episode with Friends had aired, the actress still enjoys a pretty youthful look and is probably one of the most followed style icons. Sharing the reason behind her well-maintained beauty, Jennifer had told The Times, “I do believe when you are eating sugar, and bad food, your face, body, and energy levels will show you the results of that." So, she is probably not very high on sugar and carbs.

Apart from being a well-followed influencer, Jennifer is also a proud, out-spoken activist for women and has continued to speak up for a long time. She also acknowledged many people who have shown blatant disrespect to the actress and her privacy as they continuously barged her with questions about having children.

Speaking up for countless women like her, the actress had said, “We don’t need to be married or mothers to be complete. We get to determine our own ‘happily ever after’ for ourselves. Yes, I may become a mother someday … But I’m not in pursuit of motherhood because I feel incomplete in some way, as our celebrity news culture would lead us all to believe."

She had also added, "I resent being made to feel ‘less than’ because my body is changing and/or I had a burger for lunch and was photographed from a weird angle and therefore deemed one of two things: ‘pregnant’ or ‘fat'."
