After Britney Spears slammed Justin Timberlake a few days ago on social media for using her name to sell records of his debut album, "Justified," in 2002, sources have revealed how Justin Timberlake is reacting to it.

Britney Spears shared in a post (now deleted) that it was Jesus who spoke to her about the people who did wrong to her, and after pointing out the wrongdoings of her mother and sister, she added that her ex did the same thing. She stated in her now-deleted post without taking Justin Timberlake’s name that he released his first album using her name and claimed that she did dirty on him. Justin Timberlake’s "Cry Me A River" which came out in 2002 showcased a glimpse of their relationship where he used a look-alike of Spears and showed that she cheated on him.

Some sources close to Justin Timberlake recently shared that the singer is trying to stay away from anything related to Britney Spears for now. Justin Timberlake who had stepped up after almost twenty years to apologize to Britney Spears and Janet Jackson for failing them at the time. In a statement posted on his social media, Justin stated that after reviewing the message tags and comments online, he felt compelled to step forward and apologize for what he had done to the powerful and inspiring women.

Justin Timberlake said that he is deeply apologetic for the times in his life where his actions contributed to the problem and where he spoke out of turn or nothing at all. He specifically apologized to Britney Spears and Janet Jackson and mentioned that he cares for and respects them both very high and that he knows that he failed them at the time. He concluded the post by stating that the reason he feels compelled to respond is that everyone involved in the matter deserves better, and most importantly, this is a large conversation that he has been a part of and grown from.

After comments made by Britney Spears a few weeks ago, the source claimed that Justin Timberlake is not going to give those comments much attention because he said what he had to say when he apologized. Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears shared a great friendship, which turned into a great relationship, which unfortunately did not work out for them, and he has moved on from that.

Saying that the singer, who is now married to Jessica Biel and has two children, wishes nothing but the best for Britney Spears and hopes that she finds a way to heal and move ahead with her life with her partner. The former couple ended things some twenty years ago and the Mirrors singer has evolved from then to now as he is a husband, a dutiful father, and is simply going to focus on things that are helpful to him in his life.
