Request by Michael G. Rhodes to the court to dismiss Blac Chyna’s claims for economic and emotional distress.

The Kardashians and Blac Chyna returned to the Los Angeles Superior Court for the defamation trial in which Blac Chyna has alleged that the Kar-Jenner family had interfered with the deals that got her show "Rob and Chyna" canceled and tried to defame her on social media.

According to sources, Michael G. Rhodes, the attorney for the Kardashians and Jenners, has requested that the judge dismiss the claims of economic and emotional distress in Blac Chyna’s lawsuit and described the allegations as "absurd." Michael G. Rhodes mentioned to the judge that Blac Chyna, real name Angela White, had not provided any documentary evidence, economic analysis, or expert testimony to support her claims that the Kardashian family had caused her economic and emotional distresss.

The attorney for the Kardashians also argued that Blac Chyna has offered no accounting to support her request for about $109,635, 021 in economic damage and $36,000,000 in general damages for the emotional distress. In the documents that have been reported, People magazine states that Blac Chyna mentioned that she is very grateful to Kris Jenner for her efforts to get Rob and Chyna on-air and for helping her find a place to live, and the reality TV star testified that her reputation was mostly hurt because of Rob Kardashian, whose name has not been mentioned in her claims for economic damages.

Blac Chyna sued the family including Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner for interfering and influencing the network to get her successful show canceled in 2017 but last week Jeff Jenkins in his testimony mentioned that there were no plans of getting Rob and Chyna renewed for season two because there was no Rob and Chyna.

The lawsuit was filed after Rob Kardashian posted nude pictures of Blac Chyna on social media and accused her of substance abuse and infidelity. Kris Jenner has mentioned in her testimony that she was traumatized when she got to know that Blac Chyna had pointed a gun at Rob Kardashian and stated that Blac said it was a joke, but it was not a joke for her as a mother especially after she nearly lost her daughter a few weeks ago. (Referring to Kim Kardashian's Paris robbery).

On Monday, Kylie Jenner testified about the threatening text messages she had received from Blac Chyna along with Jeff Olde, a former executive Vice President at E! in 2016 also sharing that although he had given the show, Rob and Chyna, the green light for season two, the end decision would have been his bosses who at that time did not pick the show for season two because the former couple had made it extremely difficult to shoot season one and it seemed like they were not together so getting a separated couple a show was not something the network was interested in.

Lynne Ciani showcased mails written by Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardashian to Jeff Olde at the time ask the network to not give the show green light for season two after they expressed their concerns over Blac Chyna's abusive behavior towards Rob Kardashian. Kylie in her mail described Blac Chyna as a toxic woman and urged the makers not to go ahead with the show's season two and offered that she'd make up with giving more screen time for any loss of content but she wanted her brother to be safe and away from Blac Chyna

Khloe also expressed similar concerns and in her mail mentioned that the family is planning not to move ahead with their show which was a huge success if the network moves ahead with season two of Rob and Chyna. Both sisters deeply cared about Rob's health and mental state and wanted what was best for him. Khloe also expressed that Blac Chyna is damaging their brand name as well. Jeff Olde in his testimony clarified that none of the mails had an affect on the decision to not pick the season two because Rob and Chyna were over, she had obtained a restraining order against him which was the main reason why network decided not to proceed with the show.
