Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber upturned their Beverly Hills adobe to Ukraine-born entrepreneur WhatsApp founder Jan Koum who also turn up to be a couple of neighbors.

The couple made remarkable savings of $1.8 million after Koum bought the amazing neighboring property for $13.5 million, which was worth $11.6 million, which the couple bought in 2017. They bought the property from New Republic broker Ryan Tedder who renovated and expanded the house.

However, the twosome was previously planning to make almost big earnings by keeping the market value of the house at just below $16 million.

Koum45 is now an honored landowner of the mid-century luxurious home within the blissful 90210 neighborhood of Trousdale Estates  

Koum has the nature of purchasing his nearby residences. Earlier this year, he was benefitted with a great $87 million to buy a mansion in Malibu adjacent to his main Paradise Cove residence, which was designed by Richard Meier for $100 million. The $87 million agreement was the biggest South California housing deal of 2021.

Meantime, Cindy marked around $8 million in revenue for the past six years by her expertise in flipping properties.

Remarkable features which tempted the WhatsApp owner to buy the house

·  The 5,386 square feet abode, built-in 1959, owns three living quarters, enormous ceilings, a media room, tree-shaded porch, five and a half washrooms, and a lot of sliding doorways of glass.

·  The living space is painted in a neutral tone with a statement fireplace in the center of the sitting room, which opens up in a bar too.

·  The five-bedroom property has huge breathing space, a pool, and a fireplace for social fun.

· The Master bedroom is something to lay eyes on, it possesses a washroom with two dressers and shower enclosures of glass.

· The masterpiece of the home is the chef’s kitchen in which the major element is the marble island and stainless-steel equipment.

·  On top of that, the interiors are open and have snaky paths which are not be seen from the street because of thick creepers and trees.

·  The house is fenced with splendid and lavish outdoor verandas covering one acre of the plot.

Cindy in an interview with Architectural digest, Cindy who is married to Rande since 1998, disclosed that they have numerous homes to amuse their kids. She also said that their primary home is in Malibu for 15 years. They bought the house of Beverly Hills as their kids were growing old, and they wanted to stay in town.
