Britney Spears’ attorney defends her.

Britney Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline recently shared a video of their sons Sean Preston and Jayden James on his social media, which has since been deleted, but Britney Spears’ attorney Mathew Rosengart has stated in defense of the singer.

Mathew Rosengart said that Kevin Federline, Britney Spears' ex-husband, who, for unknown reasons, decided to give a gratuitous interview that went on to not only hurt a person who is a role model for millions of people out there but is also the mother of his children, cannot say the same about the incredibly talented, brilliant singer, hardworking icon. Britney Spears is a person who millions of people around the world love and respect.

The attorney’s statement continued that Britney Spears has faithfully supported her children and loves them dearly. Whether Kevin Federline realizes it or not, he has not only violated the privacy and dignity of the mother of his children but also undermined his children, whose privacy should be protected. Mathew Rosengart pointed out that, keeping the interview aside, Kevin Federline’s decision to post a video of the kids was cruel, the bottom-of-the-barrel stuff.

Britney Spears’ attorney added that in addition to demeaning himself and violating societal norms, Kevin Federline has now created various legal issues for himself, including but not limited to cyber-harassment and cyber-bullying statutes, among others. He shared that it has been an honor for him to fight and work with Britney Spears to get her conservatorship for 13-long years suspended, get her freedom back along with her dignity, and help her protect herself from the type of bullying she has endured in the past.

Mathew Rosengart was adamant that the bullying would not be tolerated, and that they are working with the Instagram team to ensure that Kevin Federline follows the social media platform's rules, as well as exploring all appropriate legal remedies against him. Meanwhile, Britney Spears herself delicately stated that whatever is going on between her and her boys should be private, Mathew continued. The lawyer finished by urging Kevin Federline to behave decently and refrain from discussing personal problems in public since doing so serves no one.

The statement was made after films of Sean Preston and Jayden James at ages 11 and 12 were published from the unverified account "federline4real" and quickly removed, according to a source. Kevin Federline is the owner of the account that shared the movies, the source said. The viewers may observe Britney Spears being recorded correcting and fighting with her boys in the videos that have been released. It's unclear, though, if she knew she was being recorded at the time.

Kevin Federline shared a caption with a video that read that after everything his sons have gone through, he can not just watch while they are accused in this way and added that they decided as a family to release the videos despite how much it hurts. Kevin said that these videos aren't even the worst of it and concluded that the fabrications must end and said that he hopes their children outgrow this and become better people.

The video comes after Kevin Federline recently gave an interview which was published by The Daily Mail and aired by ITV News in which he said that the sons have decided not to see their mother at the moment and they haven’t seen her in months. Kevin also shared that it was solely their decision not to attend Britney Spears’ wedding with Sam Asghari and mentioned that it has been tough for him and said that this has been the most challenging thing he has had to do in his life. Kevin Federline during the interview also stated that, according to him, Jamie Spears, Britney Spears’ father, and ex-conservator, only wanted to help her daughter and the conservatorship was the thing that saved her life.

Britney Spears responded to Kevin Federline’s comments on the relationship she shares with her kids and said that it saddens her that Kevin Federline would talk about the relationship she shares with her kids publicly and clarified that everyone by now is aware that raising two teenage boys is never easy, but she has done every possible thing in her power to make sure that the boys are secure and raised well. She clarified that she is extremely hurt by the comments by Federline but is not surprised because her own family did interviews against her, so she expected Kevin Federline and his wife to do the same.

In a social media post, Britney Spears shared that it's hard for her to let go of things she loves, like her kids, and added that the problem should have been handled quietly and without a doubt not online. Britney added that according to a British network, their stepmom wants to shield the kids from all the drama and stress in her family and concluded that she has a lot of love in her home and she has blessings from the people she allows in and out of her home.

Britney Spears continued by revealing that her kids Preston and Jayden used to visit her twice weekly, but that this quickly decreased to just one day each week. She said that she knows that there is a difference between being rude and being cruel, but adolescents at that age are just tough to deal with. The kids, according to Britney, would visit her, open the door, go straight to their room, lock it, and simply relax there. Why would the kids come to see me, said Britney Spears, if they don't even come to see me? She must be kind, therefore she held back from stating it. She added that maybe because of the fact that she was always tired, the kids decided to not visit her and shared that sometimes she feel that she might have overdone with her love for them and when they told her that they would be visiting her less, she was okay with it.
