Recently, the Rolling Stones singer praised Machine Gun Kelly and Yungblud for giving life to their genre, "rock music." During his appearance on Swedish radio station P4, Mick Jagger remarked that rock music requires energy, that there have been few new rock singers, and that Machine Gun Kelly and Yungblud are two of those who have kept rock music alive.

Mick added that the kind of post-punk vibe of the singers made him think that there was still a bit of life left in rock and roll. The singer, along with praising the rappers for keeping the genre alive, shut down the rumors of him retiring and said that he loves being on tour and there is no way he is planning to make his European tour with the Rolling Stones the last live tour.

Mick Jagger stated in the interview that he would not have been on the tour if he did not enjoy it, but he does enjoy going out on stage and doing his thing. He also added that he loves it when the audience who have come to see them enjoy their music and forget their troubles, even if it is for a few hours and they chill out.

Back in 2019, during an interview with NME, Yungblud named the iconic singer while talking about his ambitions for the future, as he mentioned that he wants to be doing this (music) until he looks like Mick Jagger, who he further describes as sexy as fuck! Yungblud added that rock and roll were very much alive but had been reinvited for a new generation of fans.

Machine Gun Kelly, who recently celebrated the success of his newly released music album "Mainstream Sellout" along with his 32nd birthday had shared about the shift from rap to rock music in March during an interview with Billboard. He mentioned that he understands that certain bands have a problem with the success he got but added that he earned it after the hardwork and dedication he had put in. He recently shared a screenshot of an article that mentioned that Mick Jagger has praised him and Yungblud for keeping the rock music alive and wrote 'Okay Mick'.

Megan Fox shared a picture of the couple where MGK is seen giving her a piggyback ride, and she wrote that his mother told them that Machine Gun Kelly was born a month early and added his early birth could be a sign that he was so meant to be a Gemini and described him as Charming, Mercurial Svengali.

The actress added that as a baby he was both cuddly and fussy and she could not imagine a more apt description of him and urged EST to make Colson (MGK) a shirt that says "cuddly and fussy". Megan continued and said that the world has no idea how gentle and beautiful a heart he has and how generous and thoughtful he is, before adding that Colson is absurdly strange, smart, and witty. Megan followed her message by saying that he is the most unique individual she has ever encountered and that if she can get him something special for his birthday even though he has everything, she will like to pull the mask up from their eyes (probably audience) and let them see what she sees.

Megan Fox concluded her post by saying that she is honored to love him and to be the recipient of his love. The couple met on the set of "Midnight in the Switchgrass" and confirmed their relationship in July 2020. They announced their engagement in January, and Colson has mentioned that they are planning things for the wedding. Machine Gun Kelly shared a couple of pictures on his social media and thanked everyone for the wishes and the love and support for his music.
