Mirabai Chanu, a weightlifter from Manipur, made India proud when she won the silver medal at the Tokyo Olympics 2020. She has been doing rounds with both Netizens and Citizens in recent times. R Madhavan, however, landed on the wrong page where Mirabai was having food at her home kitchen and looked up for a candid.

After seeing pictures of Silver medalist, Mirabai Chanu having food at her Manipur residence, Madhavan says he is at a complete loss of words. Mirabai Chanu has recently won the Silver Medal in the weightlifting category of 49kgs. In the picture, Mirabai is seen eating some rice with curry along with two others. The photo seems to be candid as Mirabai did not stop eating while looking at the camera.

He wrote, "Hey this cannot be true. I am at a complete loss of words."

After this, Mirabai posted a completely new picture of her home and wrote “That smile when you finally eat ghar ka khana after 2 years.”

The picture, however, has now started trending as an inspiration for all who want to achieve something. It's now being said that determination is all in life, and people should actually take up the example of Mirabai in their life.

Mirabai was recently in the news when Pizza retail chain Dominos offered her free pizza for life. After her big win, Mirabai apparently shared with the reporters that the only thing she wants to do now is eat a pizza. The 26-year old was also promised by INOX of free tickets for life.

Post the win, many celebs came together to congratulate Mirabai. The most prominent of them were:-

Anil Kapoor wrote, "Congratulations @mirabai_chanu !! This is incredible!! #TeamIndia #Cheer4India." Abhishek Bachchan wrote, "Congratulations @mirabai_chanu on bringing India a silver medal in weightlifting and giving us a strong start!" Riteish Deshmukh wrote, "Congratulations #mirabai & thank you for making India proud. #Olympics #silver - Jai Hind #MirabaiChanu."
