Offset is grieving.

Migos rapper, Offset who recently lost his cousin and fellow band member Takeoff is still mourning the loss and is reportedly in a dark place.

Offset took to his social media to share his current state of mind by just tweeting that he is in a dark place with a middle finger emoji. His latest tweet comes after his wife and rapper Cardi B shared on her social media that she has been struggling to cheer up Offset after a month of Takeoff's unfortunate passing away.

Cardi B tweeted that they are carrying on their lives usually, but underneath it all inside their heart and soul are heavy, she says, trying to add that if she ends up going on and starts talking about the mishap so disheartened, she is concerned that people will accuse her of doing it in order sympathy if she ever starts to talk about how they feel or what is going on with them. She went on to say that they don't need pity because they are not a charity case, but she has been feeling inadequate in her attempts to make her partner happy. The rapper went on to say that she's not in the mood to mess around online, that they continue to mourn the loss of their beloved Takeoff, and that their grief is very real.

Cardi added in her tweet that she was trying to make Offset grin, to see him completely at the random cry, and to see someone to try to entirely divert attention from his mind and schedules have been shifting, trying to keep up with work after everything that he's been through these past few weeks.

Takeoff, On November 1st, Kirsnick Khari Ball, real name Kirsnick Khari Ball, was fired outside a downtown Houston bowling alley. He was 28 years old as he was shot, and he was later respected by the city at the State Farm Arena on November 11th, together with different artists who emerged to pay tribute to Takeoff. Offset has been paying his respects to Takeoff in numerous ways as he changed his Instagram display picture to that of Takeoff and he has also shared a couple of clips to remember him and sang a couple of his songs. 

Offset took to social media on November 15th to pay tribute to his beloved Takeoff, writing that he hopes he may hug him one last time, laugh one last time, smoke one last time with him, and perform with him one last time. He went on to say that he understands someone who has a soul like he is in heaven right now, and he sincerely hopes Takeoff sees how much everyone loves and misses him from there. Offset stated in his tribute that Takeoff's death has left a hole in his heart that can never be filled.

Offset also decided to dedicate his performance last week at Miami Club E11EVEN as part of Art Basel, saying that they're doing this (performing) for his brother. The Houston Police Department arrested a murder suspect earlier this month in connection with Takeoff's shooting. Patrick Xavier Clark, 33, was arrested a week after Cameron Joshua, 22, was detained and charged with two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm. When questioned about Cameron Joshua's participation in the case, Chief Troy Finner stated that the 22-year-old man was on the scene with firearm and is a felon. The Chief did not offer any extra details.

The Rocket Foundation, a charitable organization, has acknowledged Takeoff's legacy. Takeoff's team has motivated his audiences to make charitable donations to fund programs that save lives through demonstrated, societal solutions to combat gun violence. The first round of funding will go to the Community Justice Action Fund, H.O.P.E. Hustlers, Live Free, and Offenders Alumni Association.
